I purchased a glacier Bay faucet 2 years ago. it has worked fine for those two years it sprung a leak in the custom hose assembly. I was pleasantly surprised that out was covered by a lifetime warranty. The bad part is that 7 weeks later I'm still waiting for that part. I would prefer to be able to easily purchase a part at a local plumbing shop, than wait 11 weeks for a part for free.
Service was friendly and understanding. But they could not get the part any faster as it was on back order. I did just confirm today that I should receive the part in 4 more weeks.

We purchased this faucet after receiving high recommendations from a store associate who stated that Pegasus brand is comprable in quality to other well known brands, and that plumbers love to use this brand for that reason. After using this faucet for approximately 1 1/2 years (about 10 time using our hot tub) the valve on the hot water handle cracked, causing a slow leak that we discovered after our son informed us that there was a bulge in his bedroom ceiling. To get at the water lines and find out where the leak was coming from, we then had to cut a sizeable hole into my son's bedroom ceiling, After doing this we discovered that the leak was coming from the fixture itself. Now, not only do I have to live with this hole in my son's ceiling (as I am well aware of my husbands track record at fixing things in a timely manner), but I also have to purchase a new faucet for our hot tub. Even though I could have spent a lot more money on a roman tub faucet, the purchase price was over $200. Plumbing fixtures should not break after only 1 1/2 years of use, and this is again a constant reminder that you get what you pay for. If you are considering this product, save yourself the headache and spend a little more on a better quality brand. Having to deal with the possibility of this happeining is just not worth it.

Very poor quality, I would recommend going to a name brand like Kohler.

I ordered this to match the separate shower fixtures purchased in store, and it is the exact match. I had a plumber install it as part of a bathroom re-do, so can't attest to how easy the install would be for an average person, but the plumber had no complaints! I just assumed that it would come with the tub drain part, but it doesn't. Now that I look closer I see that part is not included in the description, so I was not mislead, but it seems logical that the drain cover would also be included. This oil-rubbed bronze finish is a bit lighter than the average (which is why I deliberately chose this one), so I'm still working on finding a good match for it online.

Since I am installing an American Standard Whirlpool Tub, I had no intention of it ever becoming a tub with a shower. However, the only fixture carried in Home Depot in the Pegasus Estates Collection was for a shower. I wanted my whirlpool to have a Roman tub faucet. A quick look online at the HD website found what I needed to complete the decor. I am very pleased with the result!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mitch This looks beautifull on the tub and in the room, love the color and style.
It is a great fit for the style of this master bath. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the small nose on the water spout, it makes it take to long to fill the tub. Other than that it is an excellent product and I would still recommend it w/ the discloser of the smaller spout.

This is just the most stylish, sparkling and best working faucet for any tub style. We love it.

Because we have a Pegasus shower mixing valve, we were trying not to have to either break the tile on the shower side or cut into the wall of the closet on the other side. But, because Pegasus isn't manufactured in the very dark oil-rubbed bronze that we are switching to, we are going to have to change brands(Moen, Delta or American Standard) which means we will have to gain access to the mixing valve.
