My Glacier Bay started to leak after about two years. I simply turned off water, removed plastic tower, clockwise turn, and flipped the gasket over. It works fine year and one half out.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bill This valve is making Home Depot look REALLY bad.
This toilet has a 10 year warrantee on it. If you call 1-800-831-8383, they will ship a new valve gasket for free, which is apparently the only way you can get them, since they are not available in stores, or even online (listed as out of stock ever since mine went bad months ago).
Unfortunately, the one they ship is a slightly different size than the original, and is going to irritate you forever. The diameter of the inside hole is slightly larger than the original, allowing the gasket to shift and start leaking again. All you can do is pull the assembly out, refit the gasket, and put it in again, which will work for awhile. It's only a one minute fix, but you'll have to do it repeatedly.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TNrjb glacier dual flush toilet leaks
I purchased four glacier bay dual flush toilets from Home Depot but one of them leaks. After many phone calls and talking to helpful people, my toilet still leaks. Glacier bay sent new flush valve seals but not one instruction as to where it goes or how to install it.

First and foremost Home Depo does not Store Stock the parts for the Glacier Bays Dual Flush toilets.
When you need to fix it and determine the part you need the "helpful guy" in the Plumbing Dept. tells you to go on line and order it. That is not what I want to hear when I need a $6.00 seal.
I bought 3 of these Glacier Bay dual flush toilets for a remodel they have been nothing but trouble!
They are suppose to save water but you have to flush them twice for any thing solid to go down.
The Seal that I ordered had no instructions what so ever and the plastic tower you have to remove to install it is junk.

I installed this toilet 4 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with the tank. Also it is very hard to find any replacement parts for the constant leakage of the rubber gasket for cylinder.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYUpstateNY A simple and inexpensive fix to the problem
We had our Glacier Bay dual flush toilet for about a year when we noticed a small leak from the tank to the bowl. I think it may have been the in-tank cleaner disk had damaged the original seal. This seal is the fix (available only on line) and took about two minutes and worked great. The seal fit perfectly and installed simply. Avoid the in tank cleaners, and if you have already used them, buy one of these seals.

Easy to install but poor quality. I bought the dual flush glacier bay less than 2 years ago and already had to replace the gasket twice and I don't use any chemicals in the tank.

We have not been able to find the seal to stop the leaking & running of water. We purchased 3 of this model. The concept is great, but there needs to be a source to purchase the seal gasket!
