Mine isn't leaking at all. Did you install it properly using the threading tape, and hand tighten adequately?

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 54 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent shower head I have well water. It's "aggressive" and deteriorates faucets and shower heads, which need periodic replacement. My pressure is moderate. Sales lady recommend I go with less functions for better pressure and function. Excellent advice. This item has only one function, which is pretty much all I use. Pressure flow is better and no moving parts. It just works perfectly. Excellent value, and I can afford to replace it as necessary. Bigger isn't always better. I couldn't be happier with this product. April 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Budget friendly and does the job Five stars for the low price and for doing what it's supposed to do. April 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value It only has one setting, but the best price around for a handshower. April 15, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap shower head The shower head itself is ok but the hose is so stiff that it is hard to manage causing showering to be difficult. February 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shower head A good replacement hand shower. It's good quality and takes about five minutes to install. Should last us a few years. January 31, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just right! Got exactly what I expected, quick and easy install, looks good. February 10, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by well it's not really chrome I wouldn't really recommend this product. The fittings are plastic and will crack really easy. The first one I purchased when I got it home one of the fittings was already cracked. So I took it back, and exchanged it for another one got it home, installed it. However the fittings you can't really tighten down to much becuase they will crack, and on one of the washers it tells you it will leak until it forms a tight air seal. However mine has been installed for a month now and it still drips from that section. December 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not worth it very cheap and poor quality. i need to replace after purchasing just a few weeks ago. you get what you pay for January 19, 2016
