Customer Questions & Answers

What is the maximum deck thickness and does it install through only one hole?

Asked by: Anonymous
Per the specifications available online at http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/26/26432f7f-0fad-490b-87d9-91cfe8177e7d.pdf the maximum countertop thickness is 1 1/2 inches (1.5 inches). Yes, this faucet installs through a single hole, which is why it comes with an optional deck plate that will cover a standard 3-hole pattern sink.

Is there a soap dispenser included?

Asked by: Anonymous
A soap dispenser is not included with the Invee Concealed Pulldown Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel finish. However, Home Depot carries a brushed nickel, styled, under-the-counter, top refill soap dispenser that is a color match for under $25 (Danco Universal Soap Dispenser Model #10040, UPC 037155015313)

Does this product come with hot/cold connectors or do I have to purchase them separately?

Asked by: CuriousJane
The product does come with hot/cold connectors but I had to add an extension to one of the lines because it was not long enough.

left or right handed

Can I get the control handle to be on the left side?
Asked by: Martu
The handle to turn the faucet on/off and select hot/cold is on the right. Since it's a single lever can't imagine that it would cause any problems. We really like ours

Customer Reviews

Invee Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Optional Deck Plate in Oil Rubbed Bronze is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 71.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Installation - good pressure - looks/works great I bought this product along with a touch sensitive alternative to compare them. After removing the old faucet, I had this one installed and operational in about 15min (at 1/2 the price of the other option). The top install feature saves you the pain and anguish of crawling under the sink and contorting your back. It both looks sleek and stylish and has great pressure. It comes with a device to remove and clean the sprayer filter. The connection hoses are both long and flexible and the spray re-tractor counterweight is ideal for the faucet. The designer really took the user's perspective into consideration. I couldn't give this a higher recommendation.

This product was super easy to install - I didn't even have to completely empty out underneath the sink. It also looks great and works great. The pull-down thing takes a bit of getting used to because I was used to just pulling on the whole thing with my previous faucet, but it works well and is sleek looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the price I focused upon this kitchen faucet because of the ratings, and I am not disappointed. Works like a charm, replacing the 20+ years old faucet. The only downfall is that our stainless steel sink is a bit thin, so there is some bending at the base attachment of the sink, but that is no fault of the faucet, just the sink itself. Great water pressure. It truly is a pleasure to use, and the handle makes it simple to adjust pressure and temperature. What took us so long to get the Invee Kitchen Faucet?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love at first touch! I was browsing around in-store looking for my perfect kitchen faucet. I pulled, tugged, clicked, etc on all the faucets I could reach. I came across this faucet with the "concealed" sprayer. I couldn't figure out how to get it to come out of the spout. As soon as I wrapped my hand around the spout and pushed on the black button on the back... the sprayer was released into my hand! It glided down and gently into the palm of my hand! I swore I heard angels sing :) I retracted the sprayer and it locked back into place with ease! No need to push, shove, or wait for a click! It locked itself with no problem! I wish this faucet came with a soap dispenser, but I found one right around the corner. The brushed nickel soap dispenser matched the stainless steel finish of the faucet. It wasn't too bad for my husband to install either. The price is excellent, the brand has been around forever, and my kitchen looks amazing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Inexpensive Faaucet This kitchen faucet was a breeze to install. The top installation should be the standard for all faucets as it only requires a single trip under the sink cabinetry to hook up the supply lines and install the spray return wight. The weight is more than adequate to return the hose to its rest in the spout. The reason for only four stars instead of five has to do with no indicators on the hoses nor on the spout of which is the hot water side. Also, the spray returns to stream if not under a specific pressure threshold. (A little annoying when not at full stream.) Not that big of a deal, but enough to reduce the rating by one star for me. If you have a shallow sink like I do, expect some spray back if you have it on full.
