Unfortunately it's no longer available in stores. Not sure why since it's an excellent product. Have no idea when it will be available online since that's the only way to get one now. But it will be well worth the wait

Answer:
I am not sure what spot resistant Stainless is per say, I can tell you that i am very happy with this faucet and it always looks good with minimal cleaning. I usually just wipe it down with a sponge and dry it with a paper towel and it looks brand new. Have had zero problems with its performance. It is well made and for the price you really cant go wrong.

Answer:
If you have a three hole set up, then use the deck plate. It's recommended that you seal anything that goes through your counter top. A small thin bead of clear silicone sealant will do the trick nicely if you put the bead around the top of the hole.
Hope this helps.

Answer:
Thank you for your question, it is only necessary to use silicone in the deck plate installation, to keep the plate in place.

The second photo shows the faucet installed without the base plate at the bottom. Can it be undermounted or is that image just misleading?

Invee Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Optional Deck Plate in Oil Rubbed Bronze is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 70.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the price I focused upon this kitchen faucet because of the ratings, and I am not disappointed. Works like a charm, replacing the 20+ years old faucet. The only downfall is that our stainless steel sink is a bit thin, so there is some bending at the base attachment of the sink, but that is no fault of the faucet, just the sink itself. Great water pressure. It truly is a pleasure to use, and the handle makes it simple to adjust pressure and temperature. What took us so long to get the Invee Kitchen Faucet?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean and modern Bought this faucet to update our kitchen and it worked like a charm. The nickel brushed finish looks great, not shiny but more dull like most modern finishes. Easy to keep clean and easy to install. The only issue I have had is the magnet that pulls the sprayer back into the faucet doesn't work all that great. You have to guide it back into the faucet, it doesn't bother me but could see where it would annoy other people. Overall the faucet is good quality, no leaks, high pressure, easy to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes, you can love a faucet! Have been using this faucet for the past 18 months and it's great. Want a pull down faucet that doesn't sag? No problems with this model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Inexpensive Faaucet This kitchen faucet was a breeze to install. The top installation should be the standard for all faucets as it only requires a single trip under the sink cabinetry to hook up the supply lines and install the spray return wight. The weight is more than adequate to return the hose to its rest in the spout. The reason for only four stars instead of five has to do with no indicators on the hoses nor on the spout of which is the hot water side. Also, the spray returns to stream if not under a specific pressure threshold. (A little annoying when not at full stream.) Not that big of a deal, but enough to reduce the rating by one star for me. If you have a shallow sink like I do, expect some spray back if you have it on full.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Installation - good pressure - looks/works great I bought this product along with a touch sensitive alternative to compare them. After removing the old faucet, I had this one installed and operational in about 15min (at 1/2 the price of the other option). The top install feature saves you the pain and anguish of crawling under the sink and contorting your back. It both looks sleek and stylish and has great pressure. It comes with a device to remove and clean the sprayer filter. The connection hoses are both long and flexible and the spray re-tractor counterweight is ideal for the faucet. The designer really took the user's perspective into consideration. I couldn't give this a higher recommendation.

The great things: TOP MOUNT is the way to go, especially with a deep sink. So easy to install. WHY DON'T YOU SEE MORE OF THESE? Put plumbers out of business I suppose. It also comes with hoses. Everything is ready to go, easy as pie. Why don't you carry it in stock HD and why don't you stock any TOP MOUNT? The may not be so great: It IS a substantial, HUGE, faucet an may overwhelm your kitchen. Check the size. The pull out can be iffy , takes a bit maneuver to retract all the way. Overall, great value for the price.

I liked it enough to search for it again to put in our new house. It was easy enough to install (directions were clear enough I did it on my own), works well and the seamless faucet makes for a nice look. It does wobble a bit - either due to my carelessness in tightening it down or the gauge of the stainless steel sink we have.

This product was super easy to install - I didn't even have to completely empty out underneath the sink. It also looks great and works great. The pull-down thing takes a bit of getting used to because I was used to just pulling on the whole thing with my previous faucet, but it works well and is sleek looking.
