Bring your receipt to the store and it has a lifetime warranty to replace that part sprayer #A528011W-54 and you may need to bring the box, that I'm not sure of. They will order you a new part and usually it comes in 2 weeks if they do not have it there. They are very good at honoring their warranties!

good luck getting any results on that warranty. You are better off just buying a new faucet rather than wasting 27 hours of your valuable time pursuing warranty fulfillment.

Answer:
There is one not underneath the faucet. Someone has to hold faucet while someone has to go underneath and tighten.

Answer:
If the handle is loose, please try tightening the set screw that holds it in place. If the body is loose, tighten the set screw that holds it against the base. If you need further assistance, please call 1-855-434-5224.

Answer:
There is only one screw that needs to be tighten, make sure the faucet fits over the base mount before screwing, However, the entire faucet is secured by just that one screw, so it is a little shaky. I would spend more money on another unit for longevity.

Answer:
It should retract on it's own by a counterbalance weight attached to the hose under the sink. Try rearranging whatever you are storing under the sink that may be interfering with the free movement of the weight.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaking less than 1-yr later Firstly, the metal components are different shades. The handle is a different shade from the base which is different from the sprayer. Secondly, less than a year later this faucet is leaking. Pictures below. July 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by this one will "Keel yia" in repair costs Nice price. The faucet design is not horrible except for the hose. Worked well for a year and a half. Then the crimped in end of the hose came loose from the faucet end of of their proprietary design of a pull out sprayer hose. I could not see the water damage happening below the sink. Horrible mess. You need to pull out the hose from the faucet head holder to see the water running out behind it. NOT HAPPY. Waiting for a replacement hose. In the mean time the hose is taped out from the faucet hanging down toward the sink. Glacier Bay, you might consider upping your quality control on these hoses or give it up. July 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by So far so good While this might not be the fanciest faucet, it seems to work just fine and feels like decent quality. Install was easy and I haven't had any issues with it. Oh the hoses on this faucet are permanently attached and they were maybe 3 inches shorter than the faucet I was replacing, so i ended up having to buy extensions. i think I paid $80 for the faucet and $10 for the extensions. The comparable other brands were around $130 so I guess I came out ahead. The spray head comes out fairly narrow but strong. All good with me. August 16, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by doesn't last Had this faucet for just over a year and the hose started leaking at the spray head. Thought is was just an o-ring, but no, it was the internal hose, and was spraying out through the braided line, even after an o-ring replacement. Not abused, just doesn't last with normal use. August 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Faucet was leaking within two weeks, and today the handle fell off. Do not waste your money. February 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great kitchen faucet! It works great. It is easier to have just one handle to adjust the water temp. I like the high arch in the faucet. August 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lousy Faucet Handle leaked within 4 weeks..Nickle on handle showed cracks in a few months. I just replaced this with another manufacturer August 2, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Damaged line After installing the faucet, I found the line to the spray nozzle was damaged and leaking. However, the installation was simple, and the instructions were easy to follow. If the faucet wasn't damaged it would have received five stars! I was drawn by the simplicity of the design, and the price was reasonable. July 26, 2016
