Bring your receipt to the store and it has a lifetime warranty to replace that part sprayer #A528011W-54 and you may need to bring the box, that I'm not sure of. They will order you a new part and usually it comes in 2 weeks if they do not have it there. They are very good at honoring their warranties!

good luck getting any results on that warranty. You are better off just buying a new faucet rather than wasting 27 hours of your valuable time pursuing warranty fulfillment.

It's possible to attach a water filter, but once a water filter is affixed to the faucet, you will NOT be able to use the pull-out sprayer.

Answer:
There is one not underneath the faucet. Someone has to hold faucet while someone has to go underneath and tighten.

Answer:
If the handle is loose, please try tightening the set screw that holds it in place. If the body is loose, tighten the set screw that holds it against the base. If you need further assistance, please call 1-855-434-5224.

Answer:
There is only one screw that needs to be tighten, make sure the faucet fits over the base mount before screwing, However, the entire faucet is secured by just that one screw, so it is a little shaky. I would spend more money on another unit for longevity.

Answer:
It should retract on it's own by a counterbalance weight attached to the hose under the sink. Try rearranging whatever you are storing under the sink that may be interfering with the free movement of the weight.

Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 93 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Faucet for Smaller Sinks I added this faucet to a vegetable sink when I remodeled my kitchen. It is the perfect size and works wonderfully. It is an excellent value for this quality faucet. I later added a wet bar to my den and purchased the same faucet since I was so pleased with it in the kitchen. I am just as pleased with the looks, performance, and value on the wet bar. October 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid I purchased this faucet, installed it, and then removed and returned it. The spray/stream selection did not remain selected to spray when the faucet was turned off. The spray was virtually uncontrollable at low flow rates and would spontaneous jump back to stream. When the flow rate was increased to keep spray mode selected, the spray was too strong and made a mess. I would avoid this faucet even if it were $5.99. This experience led me to ask at Home Depot customer service if there were a way to try a faucet's performance before purchasing and alas, there is not. I am writing this review and description of my assessment to help others before they choose this device. Beware! October 3, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaking less than 1-yr later Firstly, the metal components are different shades. The handle is a different shade from the base which is different from the sprayer. Secondly, less than a year later this faucet is leaking. Pictures below. July 1, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but Looks nice but the hose connection came apart Water all over the floor and basement. Have not been able to find a replace hose yet. October 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly made It was easy to install and we liked it at first. But the button on top quickly stopped working correctly, the faucet frequently comes loose from it's base and now the hose is leaking and causing leaks under our sink. I would not buy this again. Also our water pressure in that sink has been poor since we installed it. October 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Snapped in half We bought our home and it had already had this faucet installed. The faucet itself was hard to turn left or right, so we had to be careful with that. Then, last night, the whole thing snapped apart when I tried to turn it to the right. The hose broke from the sprayer. It cannot be fixed. The Glacier Bay faucet in my bathroom also snapped loose from the counter due to broken connectors underneath. I also see where the previous owners just taped down the stopper handle instead of actually fixing it. So, honestly, I won't be buying any Glacier Bay products when I redo these faucets and I won't be buying them when or if I renovate the kitchen or baths. Also, forgot to add. The sprayer pressure is too strong. It sprays all over the place when trying to wash dishes. September 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breeze. . . . Installation was a breeze. It went together like a puzzle. Good price, completely satisfied. October 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This Product is Highly-Not-Recommended! This faucet was installed by the previous homeowner prior to moving into our current home. Five months after daily use, it began leaking from the hoses leading directly into the faucet. My plumber ended up replacing the old faucet with the exact same one (Glacier Bay Keelia single-handle faucet with sprayer) thinking that this would remedy the problem. In the same fashion, after five months of using this faucet daily, it's beginning to leaking from the same hoses....AGAIN! While the faucet has an attractive nickel finish, sleek look, and simplistic sprayer....the hoses are of questionable quality that needs to be corrected (possibly due to some kind of defect) for continued long-term usage. Ironically, after my plumber installed this same faucet, I reviewed this product after the fact and was shocked to learn the many other problems from other reviewers! I didn't think this faucet would "give-out" as soon as it did!!!! I'm now scrambling to look for a similar faucet made by Moen and putting other home improvement projects on hold until repairs can be made to this faucet. Purchase and use the Glacier Bay Keelia single-handle faucet at your own risk! October 5, 2016
