We wish on the outside of the package it had said a "Saw" might be needed. It did say that once you open the package and read the directions. We returned the pole because we could not adjust it without literally needing to saw the metal tubing. We've had other poles and they were not this difficult. We loved the look and it was just want we wanted. A handy person might have been able to put this together but we are not that couple.

A bit shaky once installed but the amount of products it can accommodate is very adequate. The L -shape shelves likewise works very well without getting in the way unlike a quarter round shelving.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Carol Fell on my kids!
It wouldn't stay up for any length of time (no matter how much I tightened it) and twice fell on my kids in the bath. Ended up throwing it out.

What a piece of junk. Wobbly, the shelves slant forward and over all cheap quality. A hassle to assemble alone. If it wasn't such a hassle, I'd return it. But seeing other reviews, I'm saving the box if it rusts quickly. Then it is going back.

Nice look, seems to be sturdy. This was the "mid range" model in the store. Read the directions before attempting to assemble, even though they are vague. Makes installation so much easier!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jimbo CADDY RUSTED IN UNDER A MONTH! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
As others have stated already, this caddy started to rust after only being in my shower a month. It was easy to put together, and the shelves can hold some pretty heavy items, but the box says the shower caddy is "Rust Resistant", and it's made to go in a shower, so why would it rust so easily? Answer, it is made out of steel with a very thin coating of gray paint or whatever it is on it, and almost as soon as it gets wet, it starts to rust. Mine was installed at the back of the shower, where no water gets sprayed on it directly from the shower head. I figured it would not get rusty there. But in just about one month every piece of the shower caddy is covered in rust. This rust was leaving brown stains all over my white bathtub and it looked horrible. Attached are a few pictures of my shower caddy showing how bad it was rusted after just one month. I would have taken this back to Home Depot for a refund, but I threw out the box it came in. If I knew it would have rusted so easily, I would have saved the box and some headaches.
