The drain stopper leaked on first install. Removed and used thread tape but it still leaked. finally had to wrap the t tape around the back side of the drain ball and the leak stopped but I'm sure I will have to replace the T tape sometime down this road. Really not very happy.

I bought this a few years ago and it worked great. Easy to install and we loved the upgrade. Little did i know that the inside had a bunch of plastic. As others mentioned, it gets a leak around the cold handle regardless of using hot or cold. Then it kept leaking water all the time. I pushed a little on the handle and it snapped!!!
Yup, got water on the ceiling. Lol.

A beautiful looking faucet and well constructed. The hot water cartridge started dripping after 2 years but the company sent out replacement cartridges after I called for help.

Just installed this past weekend by my plumber. So far so good. However, plumber said pop up assembly too short. He couldn't install and currently no way to hold water in bowl. My case number is 1877790 with Glacier Bay.

The faucet itself is great, but the drain parts that came with it fell apart immediately. I had to use the old parts for the drain.

Had to buy a faucet to install a new spray handle kit because my old faucet aerator was too recessed for the application. This faucet was an easy install, and the spray handle kit fit nice and snug; no leaks. I bought another one to match. So far, no problems to report. I don't recall any non-metallic parts on the body or the handles. That's why I call it a real faucet. Nice chrome finish makes for easy cleaning; just spray and wipe clean. Handles move with ease. This faucet looks nice and is affordable without sacrificing on quality. It may not be "chic" or "trending" (so many buzzwords these days...), but it's really nice and affordable. People want what they want, but I see these possibly outlasting most faucets on the shelf... and they cost much less. Hope this helps.

Just replaced 2 of these. One had chrome flaking off the back side. It had been doing that for several years, but since it was on the back I just ignored it because it still operated fine. The other began leaking up through the stem of the cold water cartridge. That was enough to get me to replace them with a better rep. brand.

This product was unnecessarily complicated to install and the stopper for the sink didn't work, had to use aftermarket stopper to finish the job, won't buy this again. It was time consuming and time wasting. I shouldn't have to hire a licensed plumber to change a bathroom faucet. It is not normally a complicated job. It is a very attractive and seemingly well built faucet but these faucet companies try to get too clever and put something "new and exciting" or "convenient" in their products. All I want is well built, dependable and reasonably attractive. The stoppers and the cut offs all do the same thing they have been doing for years. Just leave them alone and keep it simple and deliver us an easy out, easy in faucet at a reasonable price. Is that too much to ask?
