This faucet was very easy to install. But the greatest thing that was a pleasant surprise is the heavy duty quality that gives it such a great feel when using the sprayer, for example. The lower flow rate also gives the illusion of greater water pressure. Very nice! There was no skimping when this thing was put together. I think it compares very favorably with $600 or $800 faucets we also considered. Finally, it is drop dead gorgeous. You cannot go wrong with this one !

I've had this faucet for 2 years and now both hot/cold stopped discharging water. I can hear a clicking noise when handles are turned, but very little water comes out. The sprayer still works which tells me that water is getting into the valve section. It's odd that both stopped working at the same time, but both have the same clicking noise.
I suspect the valves are the problem so i'm trying to find replacements. I have taken apart and installed many faucets, so I know my assessment of failed valves is correct. One would expect a $140 faucet to last more then 2 years without replacing parts but that's not the case. Sorry Glacier Bay...I do recommend this product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VioletBlondie Beautiful and excellent quality
Although this is "just" a kitchen faucet, it's one of the most beautiful products I've seen. The pictures on the site don't do it justice. The quality of this is 5 stars

Product looks great however two years into service and the sprayer would not work correctly. If you pull the sprayer out of the seat it will work with low pressure only and the line does not have any kinks in it which you would think it does by the way it is working. Pull the sprayer out all the way and you get no spay and there are no kinks in the line? Turn the water on with any amount of pressure and you get nothing including the faucet, water stops all together, you have to turn the water off then back on to get the main faucet to dispense water. We have taken the faucet off a couple of time and attempted to find the problem and cannot. We have put new faucets in multiple homes and this is a first, for the money we paid we are very dissatisfied and frustrated.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HappyCustomer Love this faucet and Home Depot Support!
I love the look of this faucet . . . and I've had a couple malfunctions with sprayer and diverter (same problems as comments by other customers) but both times I called Home Depot in Atlanta and they have sent me repair parts NO CHARGE with enthusiasm . . . that alone speaks volumes. I would buy another just because of this customer service support, let alone how awesome this faucet looks.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MacChick Love it EVERY DAY!
My husband & duaghter installed the Glacier Bay Lyndhurst kitchen faucet (brushed nickel) as a surprise for me in January 2011. I love it every day. I can wash the biggest, tallest lobster pot in my kitchen sink now... heck, I can even wash my full-size Collie in the kitchen sink now... EVERYTHING fits under this faucet! And easy to clean... while I never stop loving the elegant lines, I especially deeply appreciate how quickly everything wipes off the gentle grooves and curved surfaces, how fingerprints and splatters don't show, how it still looks brand-new despite my being way too busy to ever use any type of ss polish on it. I love that it is seriously heavy-duty all-metal construction. I love that because it is high-clearance, it hits the sink with plenty of pressure while still being a water-saver and not wasting excess gallons. The sprayer is low-pressure (could be because we are on a well, so pressure is low anyway), but I rarely need it with such a high-clearance faucet; everything for which I would normally need a sprayer just fits directly under the faucet, and the faucet has enough reach to get all the places a sprayer would get. The only thing I would change if I did this over is to switch out the sprayer for a soap dispenser, because I really never need a sprayer anymore, but a soap dispenser would eliminate one more bit of clutter from the counter-top. Rarely does a day pass when I don't utter from the kitchen, "Did I ever mention how much I love this faucet?" And I've now had this faucet for 2.5 years. Would recommend to everyone. Will look for it to replace whatever is in the next house I own if I ever move. Might buy an extra one now to keep on hand in case they discontinue the design and I want one for a different house 5-10 years from now. This faucet ROCKS!!!

I bought this faucet and it is beautiful but it leaks out of all the joints. I am very disappointed with it.
