I am a single mom with two young daughters, legal assistant by day. My only previous experience with plumbing was plunging a toilet, and I couldn't even do that right! I had absolutely no problem installing this faucet by myself. The most trouble I ran into was trying to remove the old gunked up one! Total installation time for me was about 4 hours, and that included a trip back to Home Depot for some new valves I decided to replace while I was under the sink.
I love the way this faucet looks in my kitchen. So far it is working like a charm and I am a huge fan of the pull down nozzle! It looks like it cost so much more than it actually did.

So I purchased this faucet back in 2013 and finally installed it a month ago. The project overall was a bit intimidating for me since it included changing out the counter-top, sink, faucet, and adding a tile back splash. Replacing the faucet was the easiest of the tasks. The directions were pretty basic, but easy enough to follow. The only challenging part was getting the weight to hang properly on the hose to pull the faucet head back in snugly.
The faucet looks great in my new utility sink. I especially like the price! $88 for a new pull down faucet?!?! Say what?!
I have had no problems with any leaks like others on here and the pull down works OK. There's a little notch in the head that has to line up just right or it won't sit flush with the neck.
My only dislike with this faucet is that the angle of the faucet makes the water shoot out really far. You need a large sink for this bad boy or you'll have problems keeping the water in the sink. Luckily for me I'm using it in a utility sink (see picture).
If you want a nice faucet for your large sink and don't want to spend big bucks, this one is a good choice.

We are in the process of remodeling our entire kitchen. We were going to reuse our old faucet but it broke when we took it off the old sink. Since we were trying to keep costs down I started looking online and found this faucet for only $88. I went to our local Home Depot and came home with the faucet. This faucet is really well made. The buttons that switch it from spray to stream are encased under a rubber gasket and they work really well. I like that the pull out part is pretty small and easy to use without spraying water all over the place. Our old faucet pulled out at the base and was rather long and I did not like it as well as I like this new faucet. This faucet is very tall and curved and I like the way it looks on our new sink (also purchased at Home Depot). I couldn't be happier!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Josie REAL NICE FOR THE PRICE!
I was hesitant when I bought this...it was the least expensive in the larger neck styles and with a sprayer........I have used it for about a month now and can say I love it!! There are 3 different spray variations, that are controlled on the pull out head...I didn't even realize this until after the install...BONUS! It looks great, works great, and it was a good price. SCORE.

This is a nice kitchen faucet. Something I feel is odd is having the red and blue color water indicators located on the side of the faucet when it would seem more appropriate having them on the top, as the mixer handle moves backwards and forwards and not up and down.
The most annoying thing is where the faucet head does not always stay connected clicked into the faucet arm, leaving the faucet head dangling by the sprayer hose. There needs to be a tighter fitting for the head to stay connected to the faucet body.

My wife chose this kitchen facet for the looks and style and it seemed to be a reasonable price. The facet seemed to have good quality until I tried to install it in the sink. The mounting screw/bolt and the nut were not sized correctly and the nut was a couple thousandths too wide; stripped the mounting screw/bolt. The threads were not deep enough the entire length and would not tighten down enough to hold the facet in place. The metal also separated into small slivers.
I took it back and was told that the brand (Glacier Bay) was on the lower end of the quality scale, with my agreement. I went up a couple of notches and got a Delta Facet, which was a snap to install and the quality seemed much better. You get what you pay for. Home Depot was great with the return and very helpful with information about all of the brands they sell, that is why I always go their first.
This was my bad experience and I can't say I have other experiences with this brand.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ray Good product but not an easy Install.
It took me 3 hours to install, due to incomplete instructions. You will need extra help, the plate to cover the 3 holes kept moving and shifting. Silicone did not help so I had to improvise and apply Plumber's putty around each of the 3 holes. You should also have a basin wrench handy to tighten the little nut. Instruction does not say how tight the connections should be so I used the wrench to give it an extra half turn.
As others said the arc does not point straight down and it is a little too big for most sinks. No leaks, strong water pressure. But installation should be much easier. I would pay extra for an easier to install faucet.
