I am a single mom with two young daughters, legal assistant by day. My only previous experience with plumbing was plunging a toilet, and I couldn't even do that right! I had absolutely no problem installing this faucet by myself. The most trouble I ran into was trying to remove the old gunked up one! Total installation time for me was about 4 hours, and that included a trip back to Home Depot for some new valves I decided to replace while I was under the sink.
I love the way this faucet looks in my kitchen. So far it is working like a charm and I am a huge fan of the pull down nozzle! It looks like it cost so much more than it actually did.

So I purchased this faucet back in 2013 and finally installed it a month ago. The project overall was a bit intimidating for me since it included changing out the counter-top, sink, faucet, and adding a tile back splash. Replacing the faucet was the easiest of the tasks. The directions were pretty basic, but easy enough to follow. The only challenging part was getting the weight to hang properly on the hose to pull the faucet head back in snugly.
The faucet looks great in my new utility sink. I especially like the price! $88 for a new pull down faucet?!?! Say what?!
I have had no problems with any leaks like others on here and the pull down works OK. There's a little notch in the head that has to line up just right or it won't sit flush with the neck.
My only dislike with this faucet is that the angle of the faucet makes the water shoot out really far. You need a large sink for this bad boy or you'll have problems keeping the water in the sink. Luckily for me I'm using it in a utility sink (see picture).
If you want a nice faucet for your large sink and don't want to spend big bucks, this one is a good choice.

We are in the process of remodeling our entire kitchen. We were going to reuse our old faucet but it broke when we took it off the old sink. Since we were trying to keep costs down I started looking online and found this faucet for only $88. I went to our local Home Depot and came home with the faucet. This faucet is really well made. The buttons that switch it from spray to stream are encased under a rubber gasket and they work really well. I like that the pull out part is pretty small and easy to use without spraying water all over the place. Our old faucet pulled out at the base and was rather long and I did not like it as well as I like this new faucet. This faucet is very tall and curved and I like the way it looks on our new sink (also purchased at Home Depot). I couldn't be happier!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Josie REAL NICE FOR THE PRICE!
I was hesitant when I bought this...it was the least expensive in the larger neck styles and with a sprayer........I have used it for about a month now and can say I love it!! There are 3 different spray variations, that are controlled on the pull out head...I didn't even realize this until after the install...BONUS! It looks great, works great, and it was a good price. SCORE.

I have put in 2 of these faucets so I thought I would be ok, but this one was never tested because leaks from under the handle.
I called the HD plumber he was helpful, but after we talked it was clear that I would have to return it.
That mean more time laying under my sink. Then an hour drive to the nearest HD.
I hope the next one works

We purchased one of these faucets which turned out to be defective, then another, and then checked 2 more in the boxes in the store. They all had the same problem. The nut that is provided to secure the mounting post to the sink does not appear to be sized correctly. There is considerable play when the nut is threaded onto the post and it will not tighten against the underside of the sink. One of the them was so bad, the nut could slide up and down the post without even turning it! I suspect the reason is that one of the components, the nut or the threaded post, is sized metrically and the other is sized using the English system and therefore they can not be tightened properly. I would highly advise against purchasing this product, it caused considerable time wasted, frustration and inconvenience.

For $88 you cannot go wrong. Looks alone make it worth the buy. But after I installed it I didn't like how the faucet was a bit loose. Not the base or sprayer buy the curved neck. Not sure how that will hold up since you need to push the sprayer slightly to lock it in when retracting. But hey that's what you get for $88. Just hope it last longer than some of the other reviewers.

My wife chose this kitchen facet for the looks and style and it seemed to be a reasonable price. The facet seemed to have good quality until I tried to install it in the sink. The mounting screw/bolt and the nut were not sized correctly and the nut was a couple thousandths too wide; stripped the mounting screw/bolt. The threads were not deep enough the entire length and would not tighten down enough to hold the facet in place. The metal also separated into small slivers.
I took it back and was told that the brand (Glacier Bay) was on the lower end of the quality scale, with my agreement. I went up a couple of notches and got a Delta Facet, which was a snap to install and the quality seemed much better. You get what you pay for. Home Depot was great with the return and very helpful with information about all of the brands they sell, that is why I always go their first.
This was my bad experience and I can't say I have other experiences with this brand.
