Does this faucet have a manufacturer's warranty, besides the 90-day return to Home Depot? It has been over 90 days - 4 months - since buying this faucet and it already has developed a leak that can't be fixed. What should we do?

Answer:
Had the same experience. Replaced the sprayer which had pinhole leaks. Then the sprayer cracked at the threads. After two replacements I am replacing with an all metal faucet from Amazon at half the price.

Should have a lifetime warranty, just take the faucet out bring it back to Home Depot, go get a new one ( the same one ) bring it up to the service desk. Tell them what the problem is and then you go home and install it again. Hope this helps

Hi Patrose,
On the underside of the faucet you will find two large wing nuts,
one on each side. Tighten those nuts and your faucet will be secure again.

The faucet was already installed when we bought the co-op. It is very stiff to move from side to side. Is there a way to adjust it to make it easier to move side to side? Any help would be appreciated.

This is my second one, had the same problem. Were it tightens to the bottom of the sink ( underneath ) i put a double nut. Tighten the first nut were it can rotate freely then put the second nut to lock the first nut from moving. Had a spare nut from other faucet. Good Luck.
Remember you get what you pay for, I give that advice but I am not smart enough to take it?

Answer:
the faucet has corroded on the inside. you would have to have a Home Depot receipt to return it to HD. It has a lifetime warrantee, however if you removed it and brought it to a HD store I don't think they would give you a replacement without a receipt. Ask someone at your local HD before you go through the effort to yank out the old faucet.

I installed per the box, but when I turned on the water again, pulled up the water handle, it is leaking from the sprayer hose. Why.

Btw, I also replaced my garbage disposal and it's fine.

The sink was much easier.

Please help, it this a faulty faucet and just take it back to Home Depot for a replacement?

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works for me. My sister and I installed this with only a few minor problems since we had never done this but it is all set and works perfectly. Would buy Glacier products again. June 28, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good purchase I installed the faucet myself and was unable to get the water to flow through freely except for when I removed the head of the faucet. I contacted a friend, who is a plumber, and he stated that there was something wrong with the head of the faucet. I will be returning it later today. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Faucet for Parents easy to install, Functions great. good value for the money February 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen Faucet Great faucet. Installation is a pain but most faucets installs are. I like the water pressure and the flexible spray nozzle. February 23, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Some Problems, good price Have intalled 4 of these in apt rentals + my home. No leaks yet in 2 years of use.My home unit is the oldest. The home faucet will no longer swivel, has jammed on the inside swivel stem, spray buttom pops off a lot, but pops back on easily, but annoying. Because of the jammed stem I am planning on removing the unit and returning to HomeD. Save your receipts people, HD is usually go about giving replacement units. Just a pain to have to do the work all over again. August 21, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not durable Hand sprayer only lasted 4 months - plastic tab (only one) that holds the insert into the handle failed. This part can actually see high pressure, wouldn't think that it would be plastic. Sadly, 30 days after return policy was up so now I have to go spend 100+ on another faucet. Fail is the key word on this faucet. January 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by love it will get another one soon easy to carry easy to install and all the people at Home Depot were great in assisting me,especially Mr Joe in that department January 12, 2016
