Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Warning Leaks!!!!!!!! Do not purchase! I had a really old faucet that needed replacing so bought this one. Worked great for about 6 months now leaks horribly without warning. This has left the wood under my sink warped, and I don't even want to think about under the cabinet. I have woken up in the middle of the night to my kitchen floor flooded, twice. You tighten it and think it's fixed but it is not worth it because it's just going to happen again. Now that I am reading the reviews i see that others have had the exact same problem. I don't have my receipt, because like I said, I bought it probably about at least 6 months ago. Hopefully Home Depot or Glacier Bay, will you provide me with refund for a new faucet? March 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good product bad store service Put this faucet model (lota # 67070-0101 mfg date 09-09-13 on a tag on water inlet pipe) in the sink about two years ago when we remodeled the kitchen about three months ago the spray head stopped switching spray to stream the yesterday it started to leak water had to rock handle back and fourth to get it to for a while went to home depot to get a new cartridge to fix the water leak got help from sales person in that department to find the cartridge he told me they don't stock that one the he said looks like you will need to buy a new one i told him it's one of your best selling one and you don't have some replacement part's not good March 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Glacier Bay Customer Service is Awesome Long story short, I had a bunch of problems with this faucet and couldn't get parts. I concluded it was cheap junk and lousy customer service, and told Glacier Bay as much. I didn't think they could change my mind about that, but they totally did. I purchased a new faucet from a different manufacturer to replace it because I couldn't go with out a kitchen faucet. Glacier Bay made it possible for me to get a full refund of their faucet. They have apparently fixed the issues that I and so many others had with this. They were responsive and fair, and I am very, very impressed by the way they handled it for me. March 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Soap Dispenser My soap dispenser stopped working twice in 6 months Is it worth it to replace it a third time? April 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Defective product -doesn't deserve a star! DO NOT purchase this kitchen faucet! It leaked so bad that I have had water damage and mold underneath my kitchen sink. I am going back and forth with the manufacturer and their insurance company to be compensated for my troubles. I have been without full use of my kitchen since June 30, 2014! This is not a typo. Almost one year of dealing with this and nothing but headaches! I wished that I could get together with others who have experienced the same problems and file a class action lawsuit. March 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaks!! Has always had a small drip at handle. But found out it is leaking even worse from under the sink at the base of faucet. Nothing can be reached to find where or why it's leaking, new cartridge only worked for a short period. Worse faucet ever. March 28, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good but leaks After 90 days, it started to leak, on the handle and somewhere below the sink. Wasted money on labor. Im going to Returned it and get a different brand. November 21, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good Looking Faucet but it leaks Bought this faucet about 2 months ago, worked great until now. There is a leak coming from the handle and I can't seem to figure out why. Even upon installation I can't seem to get the mounting nut tight enough to ensure the faucet doesn't move. I guess I should have read the reviews it seems to be hit or miss on the faucet and how long it would last. January 30, 2013
