Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by So far, so good Easy to install, works good for what I need, and looks nice. Doesn't have a much reach as I would like but compared to similar style faucets, it is good value for the money. August 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by junk, don't waste your time looked nice coming out of the box, worked well for about 7 months before the button on the head got stuck closed preventing all water flow. good luck finding replacement parts, because they don't exist. glacier bay isn't even a real company, its just a branded version for home depot. shame on me for not saving the receipt, but at $160.00 you expect this to A) last longer than 7 months and B) be able to be serviced using available replacement parts. spend the extra bucks and get your faucet from a well-known company that allows for the purchase of individual replacement parts should something fail. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very made We have installed this faucet in our home, and 2 luxury rental homes. Feels like an $800 faucet in quality but not price. I highly recommend it. October 11, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not recommended, spend a bit more on a Moen This faucet was the right price.... but as the cliche states, you get what you pay for. I bought this to install in an Ikea farm house sink, and it was not adequate. First, no matter what I did, I could not get the hardware to stay tight and the entire faucet would work loose over time. This is not a matter of user error. Also, the o-ring at the bottom was incapable of sealing the faucet and water would drip down under the cabinets. This makes it practically impossible to keep the back of the sink, as well as the faucet itself, clean. Lastly, we have hard water and the mineral deposits were really bad from the very beginning and would not come off.... The solution to all these problems was a Moen Indi faucet. Very easy to install, sealed perfectly and the spot resistance feature appears to be working. September 13, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not sturdy The base of the faucet isn't sturdy. Faucets will tend to have a thicker base than the rest of the faucet but this one is a straight pipe which makes for a flimsy foundation. I did not use the base plate that came with it but I don't know how much better it would be. The be coiled screw thing that does into the countertop is thin unlike some other faucets so it also contributes to the flimsy foundation. It comes with a big plastic screw add on to help keep it sturdy but it didn't do anything. You have to give it a slight pull to remove the faucet head and every time you do that the faucets moves. It's just not a well designed product. February 10, 2016
