Don't expect much in the way of quality with this unit. It is reasonable considering the price. There's no way to secure the sink to the vanity. Instructions say to caulk it to the particle board. That's not reassuring. Also, the sink overhangs the vanity by about 1/2 inch on all sides so be careful not to flush-mount the vanity before installing the sink.
Finally, be sure to allow 3-4 hours to scrape off the HUGE sticker placed over the faucet holes. (see photo)

Great product, looks stylish, perfect for our small bathroom
There was an issue with product pick up: vanity came without mirror (though description of the product says "With mirror") but it was handled by my local Home Depot, I`ve picked one from the store with discount and got $50 refund from my original purchase, the employees from help desk were very professional and friendly.

Save your money. This is as cheap a vanity as there is. It's made of particle board with a cheap plastic covering and paper thin cardboard in the back.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DEstefan Great for small bathroom
This will look great when I have it all in place! The width of 24" works great for a small bathroom.
The cabinet comes completely assembled, only the door handles need to be screwed on and the sink caulked on with some silicone. The faucet is not included.
I took one star off because I have a tiled floor (like many) and need a cutout at the bottom part of the cabinet to be able to fit it flush to the wall. Not only is there no cutout but there is a board nailed in from the inside where I need to make the cutout.
Also very annoying is that they have a large sticker over the 3 faucet holes. A paper sticker that leaves glue and pieces on the sink. So the first thing you do it to use some harsh chemicals on a brand new sink, that's not good.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PersnicketyME Beautiful way to update a bathroom!!
Let's start from top to bottom. The mirror is a decent size and the matching frame adds a nice touch to the overall look. The sink top itself is not only beautiful and modern looking but it's a good size and easy enough to keep clean. The cabinet doesn't have any storage options so you will definitely need to add some extra shelves or buy some storage components to maximize the space and keep things organized. I'm also very curious to see how the cabinets will wear with heavier use over time, so I may recommend this more for a powder room or guest bath vs every day main bathroom use. Overall the cabinet, sink and mirror combo gives a modern, sleek and updated look as you can see in the photos. I think it's a wow look for the $.

This vanity is good value for money. You cannot expect a top quality product for the price, but the item does not look cheap in a small bathroom. This product delivers exactly what I expected. It comes fully assembled except that you have to install the cabinet hardware, a 5 minute job. My only issue is that the mirror did not come with installation hardware to be able to hang it, but I fixed that by removing the hardware from my old mirror. I'm sure the vendor would've fixed that if I complained.
The silverleaf finish is beautiful and offers a very modern look. The mirror is also a nice addition to complete the look and style. The white top provides a clean & contrasting look.
I added a couple of pictures of the installed vanity before installing the mirror.

Stop!! Before you unpack this unit, pay special attention to the vertical position of the mirror inside the box. I pulled the top of the box up and off as expected, and when the box cleared the top of the vanity, the mirror came slamming down. Fortunately it was not a hard floor and the mirror was not damaged.
Don't expect much from this particle board vanity. The visible surfaces are covered with a thin layer of what looks like wallpaper, but I suppose is cabinet grade. Not very impressive. I would recommend that you apply a sealer to all edges, at least, or if possible all bare surfaces of the particle board. Many coats will be required to seal this material as it is not tight at all. I would also suggest raising the bottom an inch off the floor to avoid having water standing at the material. That would be inevitable and would start the disintegration process. I fabricated 4 short feet made of PVC pipe.
The installation was easy because this vanity came fully assembled except for the handles and basin.
The basin, on the other hand, is very nice and stylish. My wife loves it. I would have given this set just 2 stars were it not for the cute basin.
