For the price it doesn't have the newer moen faucet gasket design that lasts a lot longer to almost not needing to replace a gasket for the life of the overall faucet, but for the price and if you know how to change the gaskets on this design type then it is well worth the price. The replacement gaskets for this should not have to be replace for a few years and when they need replaced just buy a pack of faucet gaskets for a few dollars that can also be used for other faucets in the home.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for I bought this to replace a broken faucet but didn't want to pay a lot because we are planning to remodel in a year. It couldn't even last that long (although made past expiration of 90 day warranty). The end of spout keeps popping off because it is cheap plastic screwed on metal spout. Faucet functioned poorly with very poor temperature control.
