Bought 3 in Oct 2010 and 1 started leaking in mid 2015 the same way as most of the reviews describe, lasted about 4-4.5 years and now I have to get a new one as I have a double sink setup unless I want to throw away the other one (still in good condition, no leak) and get a new brand.
For a while you could tell there was something wrong with the faucet because turning on/off requires extra effort unlike the other 2 which could be turned on/off quite effortless so if you get one that is hard to turn on/off, return and get a new one before it starts leaking.

My plumber told me not to buy glacier bay, however I loved the look of this faucet and it went beautifully with the Decolav semi-recessed sink, so I took a chance. It has been installed in my house for almost two years and no problems. Still gorgeous and works great.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Carolyn There's been a drip almost from Day One
My home already had the vessel sink when I purchased it so I had no choice but to buy an expensive faucet. This, admittedly, was the cheapest I could find. It looks nice, so I went with it. I have no problems under the sink—only from the faucet itself. Any part of it that is joined somehow with any other part will leak on some occasion. There is always some part dripping. A neighbor, who is also a handy man, took a look at it. The guts are mostly plastic (BIG RED FLAG!) He had to gently tighten something with an allen wrench. It didn't work. That was about 6 months ago. Now the problem is getting worse to the point of puddles on my counter top.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Frangi No replacement parts
I bought this faucet due to its sleek design. However, the supplied flex line ruptured in less than two years. Even though I have no issue with that, man-made items are built with faults. My issue is that while this faucet is manufactured specifically for Home Depot, you'd think that they would carry the replacement flex lines! Not so! Not only do the NOT carry the replacements, the flex line is 1/8 to 3/8 which is not standard, so it not like you can go to a plumbing supply store for help! They laugh you out of their store!

This faucet lasted only 1 year and a half before the water line popped and leaked all over my bathroom...very tough to find hoses as they are not compatible with standard hoses...not worth the 100.00 defective for sure

We're trying to install the new faucet and as we're following the instructions, we're looking for the parts in the box but there aren't any of the mentioned parts needed for installation wtf?? Don't buy unless u have an old one that u can use the missing parts from!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mauro Drain supplied is too short for counter top mounted
When I tried to fit the drain supplied with this faucet, the thread was not long enough to pass through the vessel and countertop to allow the nut to be threaded on. I had to purchase a different drain in order to be able to complete my installation. Bear this in mind if you buy this product. The faucet itself is good.
