Similar to the other customers. We need to replace the tank-to-bowl gasket and bolts. I cannot locate the manufacturer anywhere on the internet, much less a customer service phone #. Please assist with providing the contact information. We are in a bit of a hurry to replace the gasket and bolts since it is our only toilet in the house.

Thank you for understanding our hurry to replace this standard part.

A home I moved into has 3 flapperless toilets and they occasionally need replacement parts. At this time, I need to replace the tank to bowl gasket (part # C2216-28) and can not seem to find it anywhere. These toilets were purchased from Home Depot and it appears that all of these gaskets are no longer sold. What is going on? Why would Home Depot sell a toilet and then all together stop selling the toilets and replacement parts?

Why has Home Depot stopped supplying the glacier Bay 779-923 flapperless toilet?

The toilet appears to be a great product. One high-use toilet that I installed about four years ago, in 2008, has performed flawlessly. Other toilets in the house have had flappers installed on two occasions. An other failed due to a broken, plastic tip handle. It appears as Niagra and conventional toilet makers have banded together to maintain ongoing sales of these nuisance parts. What exactly is going on?
(I may not have the part number correctly entered, and I do not have the HD SKU #.
I would appreciate an answer from Home Depot.

Answer:
Hi, DBhamill.
Apologies, but we are not provided the reasons why certain products cease being sold.
Your local store associates should be able to locate any other flapperless toilets if you are interested. You may also find one in our special order catalog located at the Special Services desk in each location.
Thank you.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Glacier Bay flapperless toilet The float valve in the tank is attached with a copper tubing and when flushed, the water splashes on the tubing and it turns blue, which in turn goes into the toilet and makes a blue line inside the bowl. This is very hard to remove. We cleaned the tubing but it comes back again. Do you know of any remedies for this problem? November 17, 2012
