I am a trade professional , with several industry certifications. The "new" clips are a poor design , an engineering failure , a drain on time and money. The locking mechanism doesn't fully engage, and it doesn't stay engaged. The screw heads strip because the pre- drilled hole is far too small for threads to properly drill in.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fuzzy Looks nice, difficult installation
It's a nice looking sink, but the installation was difficult. The instructions are incomplete, especially with regard to the mounting clips. Several steps are missing from the instructions, and the clips had to be modified for them to work at all. With the countertop cut exactly to the dimensions shown, the clips do not engage on the edge of the countertop. Even if they are forced outward in an attempt to engage them, they spring back and become useless. By bending the legs of the clip so that the portion that engages the countertop extends out farther, I was able to make them work, but just barely. I have installed a number of sinks in my rental properties, and this one was by far the most difficult.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by oopcp Great price, but a few caveats
This is a builder's grade sink, so understand that you get what you pay for. I'm preparing my house for resale and this sink is for the basement so it was the price point I was looking for.
That said, I had two big issues with the product:
1. The instructions were vague, especially for defining the cutout dimensions. I've installed new sinks before, but have not had to cut the countertops before. I used the instructions and carefully cut out the inner *rectangle*. The sink has rounded corners! So when placing the sink, I realized there are major gaps in the corners. Going back to the instructions there is a marking on one of the corners that I suppose is supposed to indicate you should round them off (or something). There is no written instruction to account for the corners. This was infuriating! Perhaps a professional would have thought of it, but I am a DIY-er.
2. The mounting screws for attaching the sink to the countertop were useless. I tried for nearly an hour to get the clips to bite on to the countertop, but failed miserably. I searched the internet and found one case where someone had a similar issue with a Glacier Bay sink, and recommended buying a separate set of clips. I wound up buying Elkay sink mounting clips (Model # HD14CLIP SKU # 730391) and they worked perfectly! I recommend buying them just in case and if you have better luck with the manufacturer-provided clips, just take the Elkays back...
There is a minor dent on the inside of the sink. I didn't notice it when we bought it so it very well could have been me. Be sure to inspect the sink prior to buying and be careful when installing. I think once it is installed it will probably hold up well.
Overall, I am happy with the price and look of the sink. Just be wary when installing and all should be fine.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by setdesigner the specs are wrong
The width, depth and height specs are all mixed up, so it is hard to figure out how to plan to install this without buying it first.
