There is a reason these RTA cabinets are one-third the price of the Premier series. You get what you pay for. Out of 10 cabinets I ordered, two had to go back because they were so damaged INSIDE the sealed, undamaged box, there was no way they could be assembled. And two more had minor damage that I was able to get by with because the damage couldn't be seen. The metal is like tin foil. You can bend it with your fingers. Another big problem is that they are not dimensioned properly. When you take into account the protruding assembly hardware, they are close to 28-1/2" wide. And since the bolt heads are in the same place, you end up with an ugly gap between cabinets if you set them next to each other. I had 133" of width, so I ordered 3 of these plus the larger locker, which is supposed to be 48". They're all oversized, so even with 1" to spare, they won't fit. Returning them isn't an option at this point, so my plan is to drill out the holes and bolt them together. That will get rid of the gap between them and hopefully get me enough space back to install them properly. The other, albeit minor, gripe, is with the adjustable feet. They should have a way to do it from inside the cabinet, e.g. a hex key slot in the top of the bolt. Trying to adjust the rear feet from underneath is a joke. But they look good and they have that nice Gladiator badge, so two stars and I would only recommend them as an extreme low-end choice because you couldn't buy or make cabinets for less.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MikeLikesIt Freestanding Garage Cabinet with Drawers
These are very nice metal cabinets. I had these now for about 5 months now and well-built and hold a lot of stuff. The assembly instructions are well written and for the ones that like pictures instruction it has it step by step. Very well done. It took less than 20 minute to assemble one of them. Once you get the hang of it, it goes a lot faster putting them together. The door have magnetic to help keep the doors closed. The shelf is adjustable if you need it to be higher or lower. The shelf maximum weight is 75 pounds per shelf. The drawer has roller bearing drawer glides to make a smooth opening and closing. The double doors has a locking tread-plate doors and a round drawer lock to lock up the cabinet. You will need no extra tools. It comes with all the tools and parts need to put it together. It comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty. A great cabinet.

I bought two of these and one with the three drawers. They all went together quick and easy. They are not very solid construction. The tin walls are very thin and distort quite easily. The drawers continually fall off the glides. In order to get them up to a height I could work from I had to build a base of 2 X 8 lumber. The interior of the bases have four places where bolts come through making it impossible to fully cover the interior bottom of unit because it's not flat. For the price I'm sure that there are better options.

Good quality cabinet and very easy to put together. Would recommend this product if you need extra storage for tools. Only thing I noticed I did not get the adjustable legs in the box even though the instruction manual stated they were part of the package. Other than that good product for the money. Just wish it came with 2 keys instead of just 1.

read all reviews before purchasing. I received one of the older units where the bottom panel was produced upside down so I have screw heads sticking through the bottom when I should have a flat surface. Had I read other reviews , i would have can see others have the same problem. I bought the bamboo top and once put together it looks nice, however it is not sturdy the was a solid construction items would be and the price was too close to one that would have been sturdy. I have been a mechanic and put together cars and motorcycles from a heap of random parts, this was not a quick process to put together, it took me 4 hours. I am using this one inside as a printer stand / office supply cabinet in conjunction with the gladiator bamboo top work bench. If this would have been for heavy garage use, i would have considered returning it.

I have a few Gladiator cabinets and pieces already, so I wanted to add another piece. I was completely shocked at the new standard of quality. The cabinet flexes, thin materials. Feels more like a beer can then a sturdy cabinet. Even the pull out drawer is weak. Made in China, who would have figured.

Received the cabinet a week ago. Directions were pretty clear for assembly as were the hardware parts. So far so good. For me it was great storage for car cleaning materials, spray cans, etc. Draw space is large enough for manuals, loose tools, etc. seems like a good product.
