Answer:
For me, I have a 1/8th of a gallon left after a 3X12 ft hallway, and a 15X12ft living room. Seemed like it took a lot of paint, but you get much better coverage if you use a primer first. Hoping I have enough left over to touch up blotchy areas.

Answer:
Roughly 350 square feet per gallon. A little less if it's fresh drywall. Each can of paint says its estimated coverage area somewhere on the label. Some of the specialty paints cover less than regular paint. Also, good quality paint covers better so you only need one coat. Cheap paint needs two or more coats.

Hello,
It will cover 200-300 square feet, depending on the surface you are painting. But with the EZ track technology, you will see exactly where you painted, even with white on white application. It makes painting a ceiling much easier to paint. Hope that helps! Thanks for reaching out.

Answer:
Gliddent says to shorten your showers and anything that will create moisture in the room until the pink goes away for good. They have no idea how much time it takes to resolve this issue as every case is probably different. Whatever you do, do not paint over the paint as this creates more moisture and continues to turn pink. Somehow Gladden found a way to ruin the ceiling.

Answer:
Hello! You should be fine once the paint fully cures. Usually paint needs a full 30 days to cure which explains why you are still seeing the ceiling change color.

1-gal. Bright White Flat EZ Track Ceiling Paint is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 112.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Be prepared for a long drying time if your ceiling is textured First I want to make it very clear that while not a professional, I have painted hundreds of apartment ceilings over the past 50+ years. A close friend owns 1400 apartment units and around the first of the month many change occupants, requiring an expedient,, but quality painting. When there are too many units for the company painters to handle, he and I reach for our brushes and rollers. 1st, when painting a ceiling, make absolutely certain that you have quality drop cloths. DO NOT skimp! Paint will penetrate a cheap drop cloth and go right to the carpet. If you don't want to invest in a quality drop cloth, buy a roll of 6 ml. poly vapor barrier. The last thing you want is to have to replace your carpeting because the paint saturated your cheap drop cloth. If you are painting a textured ceiling that has never been painted before, you have my most sincere sympathy. Unless you want texture to adhere to your roller time after time and destroy the look of the ceiling, you must use an oil base primer before using Glidden White Flat EZ. I recommend Kilz Original http://www.homedepot.com/p/KILZ-ORIGINAL-1-gal-White-Low-VOC-Oil-Based-Interior-Primer-Sealer-and-Stain-Blocker-10936/100131137 Latex paint will "draw" at the texture and will create a very messy problem. Your Home Depot "paint expert" may tell you that this is an unnecessary step, but if you skip it, I assure you that you'll have a mess and a major project to repair. The long and short: Some ceiling textures are applied with a latex sealer that will not allow the "popcorn" finish to draw when a latex paint is applied. Most, however, have been applied with a water base formulation, not all that dissimilar from cheap water based sheet rock mud. Add moisture and it falls apart. Unless you are absolutely positive that your textured ceiling.has either been previously painted or that the texture was applied with a sealer, you must prime the ceiling with an oil based primer. The oil based primer will not draw at the texture. The oil based sealer will need at least a full day to properly dry. It may say 30-60 minutes on the can. Don't believe it for a second! The last thing you want to do is apply a water based paint over a wet oil based paint. Caution:The Kilz primer I recommend is advertised as low odor. It is low-ER odor. This iteration has far less odor than the Original Kilz, but it still is by no means odor free. On the can of Glidden Flat EZ Track, it says drying time is usually less than one hour. If you are painting a textured ceiling, drying time is several hours in ideal conditions. Be patient. Along the ceiling/wall line drying can be very slow, up to 8 to 10 hours. Yes, it goes on pink and dries white. You still will experience some voids that will require a touch up. Be sure you have enough paint. This is particularly pertinent to the Kilz primer. A gallon does not prime nearly what the can says, if you're priming a textured ceiling. Good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again. I thought the pink to white would be a clever idea so I gave it a shot. Terrible outcome. Spots stayed pink permanently. On top of that, For over a week after painting my bathroom ceiling every time I took a shower it would turn pink again. After having enough of that I decided to prime over it with latex primer. guess what? Still turned pink. Finally I bought a can of heavy interior oil primer. Two thick coats of that got me back to square one and I've now repainted. This stuff really needs a "no bathroom" warning prominent on the label.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best ceiling paint ever After scraping popcorn off the ceilings and finishing them I then painted with Glidon EZ. It covered in one coat so well I contipladed not putting on a second. I did put on a second only because it was recommended. The EZ track made it so much easier to see where I had been with the second coat, I didn't have to keep getting off the ladder and look. Because of that it probably cut the work time in half. It's the only ceiling paint I will use from now on, even my 3 grown children use it in their homes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Good All Purpose Ceiling Paint I found this ceiling paint to be very good. I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. One thing I was careful to do was to mix the paint thoroughly. I spent 5 to 10 minutes mixing the paint the first time I opened the can. The pink tint was floating on top and it was obvious that the paint required a lot of careful mixing. I mixed it until I didn't see thick pure white paint and clear pink tint anymore. It did take awhile, but it was worth it. After that, whenever I opened the can again to paint, it only needed minimal mixing. The coverage is good and I found that working slowly across small areas is the best approach. I'm going to buy another gallon soon. I'm repainting the house I just moved into because the ceilings and walls are very dingy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from changing color when dry is a great feature and helps not miss spots after many years of painting houses both exterior and interior the idea of color changing when ceilings dry is a great idea. White ceilings are hard to be sure of coverage. Being able to know the ceiling is covered certainly makes ceiling painting much easier now. Coverage has always been good, now it is easy to make sure spots are not missed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pink Keeps Coming Back!! DO NOT USE IN A BATHROOM!!! I've used this product before without any issues and we really liked how easy it was to see your progress to ensure you don't miss any spots. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and I didn't think twice about using this paint again especially since it was reformulated to be even whiter than before. Big mistake!! Even thought the paint went on easy and the coverage was great, the problem is the pink really never goes away. We have a bead board ceiling and in the joints between the slats the paint remained pink after days of drying with an external heater running. On top of that, when someone uses the shower, the entire ceiling turns a dark shade of pink!! Now I have to find a product to prime and seal the ceiling to prevent moisture from penetrating to the Glidden ceiling paint and then start all over again. One step forward, two steps back! There should be a "Not for Bathroom Use" in bold writing prominent on the label. I will never use this product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glidden Ceiling Paint My ceilings and walls had not been painted here in 9 yrs. Glidden ceiling paint hid all the stains and cover the cheap apartment paint and tobacco stains that was on it. Went on really easy, looks wonderful and only took one coat. I am very impressed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth as Silk! Glidden Ceiling paint goes on smooth as silk, with no dripping! The odor is very low and dries in no time at all. Ceilings are the not so fun part of painting for me but Glidden Ceiling paint made it a breeze!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
