I purchased this to topcoat my new garage interior.
I applied one coat over Kilz PVA Primer using an airless with a 515 tip and I was very very pleased with the results.
It went on beautifully with no back rolling required and gave an exceptionally uniform finish I am extremely pleased with.
Frankly, I couldn't have asked for more from ANY paint.
If owned a million dollar mansion I would never have bought this to use, but frankly if I had hired pros to paint the house and they'd used Speed-Wall, i suspect I'd have be quite happy based on the appearance.
I cannot speak to durability or wash ability, of course, since I just applied it, but honestly, how often do most people scrub their walls anyway?

I used this on a cardboard project where I needed to cover the wings and fuselage of a mock-up very quickly before putting on additional colors. This paint is very thick so the coverage is really solid. Also, the paint really does feel dry to the touch in about an hour if the humidity is around 50%, so you can progress pretty rapidly with the rest of your project.

I've been gaining a lot of experience lately in the paint project department. Maybe I've been spoiled by the Behr Marquis I buy from Home Depot.
I guess if you just want to do a quick freshening up it will do an ok job, (for renting apartments or selling a house) but I prefer a paint that goes on smoothly and in one coat. I don't believe this will be a long wearing paint. One wipe with a cleaning cloth has already proven to remove some of the paint.
I really don't like to give less than stellar reviews, but I'm pretty disappointed. If you do plan to use it and expect some mileage out of the project, I recommend priming the walls/ceiling first then a minimum of two coats.

I had to paint a basement level of a ranch house. Half of it was a drive in garage with drywall and the other half was concrete walls - some raw concrete and some previously painted. I used 7 gallons of this and it did a fine job. It even went on to the bare concrete and looked solid and bright with just one coat. The drywall I painted over was an antique white and I had very little show through with just one coat. I don't know why people complain about this not covering as well as the more expensive stuff - if you want that then spend the money. If you want an inexpensive product to refresh a white room or utility areas then this can't be beat. I've tried the expensive self-priming white with the Behr label and I think this stuff worked better.

My description may be deceiving. The paint looked amazing and covered well. However when it dried I touched it and my beautiful turquoise paint turned to a highlighter/seafoam green. This product is terrible. Thanks alot Glidden for wasting my time and money.

Love this paint, was easy to use and touch up some areas that looked kinda worn. Great for redoing a room or just touching up some spots on walls and doors. Love it.

I liked the way this paint covered. Pretty well. Seemed to flow nice too.

I recently wrote Glidden and complained about the horrible coverage of this paint. It took me three coats to cover one ceiling. It's like painting with water colors. Don't buy this paint. Go with a higher quality brand to save yourself the time and agony.
