Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by juanl1999 Smells really bad
Primed my drawer chest and then painted it in glossy black. The paint is somewhat weird, its like a thick gel that I mixed pretty well. In clumps in paint tray. Doesnt look like typical paint consistency. Once i painted it i thought ok, it looks ok. But oh my god, it smells so bad. Had it in my garage for 2 weeks with the garage door open during the day and it still smells. Should have just gotten regular black paint. Very disappointed for $20 a quart.

I LOVE this gel-flow oil paint. It transformed the steel front door to appear new again. The paint is thick and creamy so all those tiny scratches and imperfections are completely covered up. It's description should be "the paint for ultimate coverage". I used a 2-inch brush with no worries of leaving brush strokes. The creamy gel-flow paint heals itself if the painter uses too much of a heavy hand while brushing. You could never achieve this with regular water based paint. Also, because of the gorgeous shiny black finish, my front door stands out now instead of fading into the background like it did before it was painted.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ed505 Leaves wood with exrtra shine
just a small word of advice would be to prep the area you are painting real good so that this paint soaks in also it took more than 1 coat of paint for it to really take onto wood. if you want shiny finish this is what you want to get makes wood really stand out.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CajunLady21 My favorite paint for shutters
I used this paint for repainting my black shutters and will be using it for my porch railing. It goes on so smooth and levels really well with a good quality brush. You do have to be aware of how thick you are putting it on because gravity is not your friend. You also need to check your weather before painting as the dry time is pretty long.

I used this paint on a new bathroom cabinet. Removed drawers, doors, & all hardware; lightly sanded, wiped off dust, then applied three coats of paint (allowing each coat to dry thoroughly, lightly sanding paint & wiping off dust). I used a high density roller & a natural bristle brush to apply the paint. The results were stunning.
