Rain Barrel Linking Kit

Product Overview

The Rain Wizard Connector Kit is your tool for expanding the capacity of your Rain Wizard collection system. Though some people are able to buy multiple barrels that hook up to separate downspouts at their home, others may have obstructions that remove that option or make it difficult to work around. That's why we've designed our rain barrels to be linkable. This way when one rain barrel is full, it will overflow into the rain barrel next to it. Setup can be done quickly and just requires a screwdriver for the clamps and a drill with a ¼ in. -3/8 in. bit. Compatible with all Rain Wizard rain savers except for the Rain Wizard Rock (RWWR42), Rain Wizard Big Blue 55 (RB55-BLUE), and the Rain Wizard 300 (RW300).

  • 16 in. Industrial strength connector tube
  • Stainless steel clamps
  • Won't rust or corrode
  • Set up in about 5 minutes

Can some one provide a picture of how this would look once installed?

I am new at DIY projects and I am trying to connect two rain barrels but I don't seem to picture how this should be installed. I get that you have to make a hole on both barrels but then I wonder if this hose will fit on the holes...will the water drip? where are the clamps attached? how? a picture would help? Thanks!
Asked by: Ana
Hi, Ana. Unfortunately we can't upload a picture through the question portal. But the connector kit is very simple. There are small nodes that extrude out of the back of the barrels. You would drill a hole through the end of a node on each barrel and slide the hose overtop of the node all the way to the barrel itself. The tube itself forms a tight fit. Then slide the two work gear clamps over the tube and connect the tube to the other barrel. Finally, tighten the clamps at the point where the tube overlaps the node. This will seal the connection and prevent water from getting out. I'll work with our team to try and get more images uploaded. Thank you.
