It was easy to assemble and has been used every day since. It's perfect for hauling and the dump feature is the best part.

Love the cart but be prepared as putting this cart together took a little longer than anticipated

The wagon bed is not made for heavy duty loads. If you only need to use it for light to medium gardening then it should work just fine.

It takes a little while to assemble the cart, especially if you're doing it by yourself. The bolts are heavy duty, so you do need a large and a small wrench to secure the many bolts, in addition to a screwdriver and needle nose pliers.
In Step 1, the dumping mechanism should come disassembled, as there is not enough room for a wrench to secure the bolts with the handle in place. I finally took the pins out and pulled the handle off to secured the bolts, then reassembled the handle. In addition, putting the pins in the rear wheels is a tight fit.
The bolts and pins are nicely shrink-wrap packaged according to step. I wish that everyone would use this fastener packaging, as it eliminates the guessing game.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NJChris Works great. Assembly was pretty easy
After reading some of the prior reviews, I was disheartened when I arrived to pick up this cart in the store and it was not pre-assembled. The larger 1200lb one was, but the 600lb ones were still in the box. I figured it was going to take me hours to complete. Well, to my surprise, I was done in 35 minutes and I even did it by myself. I am no expert, but I guess I am not a novice either. I used three tools; 1/2 socket, Phillips head screwdriver, and a pair of pliers. I followed the instructions and had absolutely no issues. I was particularly impressed with the way they had the hardware separated by steps. Made it a bit easier to not have to pick through a bunch of screws and hope I was using the right one.
The cart itself is pretty sturdy and the dumping feature works great. I used it to move 5 yards of mulch and did not have any issues.
