Like gluing cup to sancer
Asked by: Dippyone51
The Original Gorilla Glue can be used on ceramic. We recommend scratching up the ceramic surfaces before applying the glue. Please keep in mind the directions for using the glue. Damp it, glue it, clamp it. The Gorilla Glue Company

4 fl. oz. Original Glue is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorilla Glue 4 oz. Excellent product for an excellent price. The best gluing adhesive on the market today.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gorilla Glue Worst glue I've ever tried. It did not stick, did not dry in the 30 sec. it advertised, in fact, it didn't dry in 5 minutes. The white styrofoam-like glue just peeled off, leaving some residue to the surface. This was my second time trying this product. I sent my hubby to HD and asked him to purchase anything BUT Gorilla glue and he thought I said to get it... Waste of $ and ruined the container I was trying to save. The remainder of the glue bottle was bloated and unusable the next day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gorilla Glue The glue itself is good. However if you do not use the entire small bottle right away it dries inside like a rock and is un-usable. I stored it as was recommended and only have had it about 2 months. Went to use it today and 2/3rd's of a bottle is hardened solid. Will not buy it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The glue that sets even before you use it I have been using this glue for a couple years. The glue is good...BUT: once you open it, and no matter how careful and clean you are or how do you store it, whatever you did not use will develop a hard layer of substance making the rest unavailable. Bought two bottles at Home Depot, since I was tired of discovering that the one at home (opened) would be useless when needed, only to discover that after two months or so...BOTH BOTTLES (unused) HAD HARDENED GLUE IN THEIR APPLICATORS, rendering them...you guessed, useless. Good glue, Worst container/dispenser/shelf life ever.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Satified Repaired my palm sander pad, the loop material came apart for the foam pad I spread a light layer of Gorilla glue on the pad and dampened the loop material put in place clamped for one hour works great sanded my walls and changed sand paper no problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from put it in a tube, like toothpaste. Be alot easier to use. If gorilla glue was packaged in a sgueeze tube, we could use it all before it dries out. The bottles that are currently used do not work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tough glue, but can be messy. This glue works really well in bonding items together -- I have tried only wood so far and it works well. The surfaces being joined need to be moistened first with water. Be careful of how much you apply -- a little goes a long way with this glue and can result in excess "foam" appearing outside of the joint. This "foam" can be scraped away relatively easily, but it ruins an otherwise clean appearing joint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Glue i ust this for most of my woodworking projects. It expands when reacting and drying, but can be scraped away if you over do it. Can be sanded andstained. Small bottles come in handy to keep remaining materials from crystalizing. This happens when exposed to air...including the little amount that is left in a half used container. This will also stain your skin for a short period of time, so use gloves.
