I work in an Industrial site and OSHA requires that any ladders that we use are rated for Industrial use. However, many of these step ladders are only rated for home use. Is this ladder rated for industrial use?

I doubt it! And don't do any electrical work while on the METAL ladder. Check with the manufacturer.

Can't tell you exactly but I'm 73 and no terminator and I can lift and carry it easily with one hand/arm. Weight was an important consideration since I have to maneuver around bushes near the house.

About 2 3/4' or 3'. Much wider footprint than any other ladder I have ever owned. I feel very secure going up and down. Balance is nice and feels secure. Love the 2 top wider platform steps.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 129 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Needed a new ladder for the house and saw this at the local home depot. Had picked it up without reading any reviews but had opened and tested it in the isle. Definitely a win! Ladder is very light compared to others, very stable to stand on at the wide 4th step, and has a solid stance. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised While on a job (proffesional remodel contractor) my truck motor went out and was forced to use my wife car for a few days limiting room for things like ladders. I arrived on job and had been told 9 ft. ceilings but was 10 ft. I went to Home Depot saw this ladder figured it would fit in car and it did. Looked kind of unstable I was pleasantly surprised at well it was built and yes it put me right at perfect height to comfortably paint crown moulding at 10 ft. I don't know the durability yet over years of use on my job sites but at this time would recommend this ladder even over the best quality 6' Warner ladder. September 27, 2016
