Answer:
No, the Nantucket cannot be modified to fit a smaller space. Our Outing III may be a better fit for your yard, if you're looking for a smaller set. Thanks for your question!

Answer:
The fall zone in front and back of the swing should extend out a minimum distance of twice the height of the swing as measured from the ground to the top of the swing support structure. In this case, the zone would be 15’ in front of the beam and 15’ behind the beam. We also recommend a 6’ safety zone around the entire playset. Please see the play set manual (which can be downloaded from the 'Info & Read More

Nantucket Cedar Playset is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid play set. This is a nice play set. It took two days to assemble mainly due to rain limiting my time outside. Was able to assemble a large portion of the unit in my garage then walk it outside and set in place. Pay close attention to what size screws are called for, I used a bunch of 2 inch screws where 1.5 inch were called for. My only complaint is a few holes were not drilled straight and had to be modified to fit, and the paint/stain finish they put on it at the factory is flaking off in spots already after a week. They cover their butts by recommending to stain or seal the entire set within 90 days of setting it up. All in all it is a very sturdy set and my son loves it!

Two pieces of the tongue and grooved rough was not grooved so we had to spend a couple hours trying to grove it ourself and it still never fit like it should completely. Instructions were good overall and can be built with 2-3 guys in one full day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Swing Set We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our niece. It is a very well made product. Assembly was relatively easy and only took about 6 hrs. We swing and play on it with our niece and it is very sturdy even for adults.

Although it took longer than we anticipated to assemble, it turned out just how we wanted. We modified the set-up slightly to fit our backyard a little better, but it still turned out great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Customer service horrible The playset is great. Very sturdy, well designed, and building plans were well organized and easy to follow. Appears this play set will withstand the harsh elements of the Midwest. However, there were a few missing parts and after five separate contacts to the company I've yet to receive them. Home Depot was great and assisted with the efforts yet still no parts. Gorilla playset continually transfer me to answering machines and I never receive call backs. Luckily the parts are brackets and not something major or I would have returned it by now! If you buy this keep your fingers crossed and hope you get all the parts. Horrible customer service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase This was definitely worth the extra money to get the more robust place set design which incorporates the large beam for the swings and the all wood roof. Very easy to assemble.
