Product was as advertised. Has very sticky adhesive already applied, not sure how much the spray on solution is needed. Film seems pretty puncture resistant, and soft enough to self repair where needed. Only time will tell how durable. I used dryloc hydraulic cement and sealing paint over the whole area, and applied the film only in case the foundation cracked further. Gives me peace of mind that i wont have to dig again. Product was pricey, but after digging an 8 foot hole by hand, it seems well worth not having to go through that agian.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GMS60 Sticks to itself real well but not to the brick.
I did everything they said to do, pressured washed the wall, sprayed on the pre-treatment and it went on with out a problem. But within an hour it started coming loose along the top edge and we spent another hour applying pressure with hard rollers. By the next morning it had fallen off the wall and could not be repaired because it was stuck to itself. I wasted over 400 dollars and a full day of work.

Since I am just a homeowner and have never used a product like this before, I thoroughly read the instructions and followed them to the letter. The application and result was as perfect as can be. We didn't even backfill for over a day and there was not even the slightest sign of the membrane coming loose. I couldn't be happier with the product and results.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hillbillybuilder Great product, with important detail left out of instructions.
Caution: Not enough instructions are supplied with this product.
Do not let this product get wet, or damp before peeling and installing it. Nowhere on the box does it say this, but if you let the paper backing (that peels off before installation) get wet, the product looses all sticky qualities, and becomes nearly useless.
When new, used out of the box, it is a really great product (when dry).
*A 3 inch overlap is required.
*Make sure the surface being covered, is dust free, and dry.
*Be careful to get inner corners tucked in before allowing the sticky side of the membrane to touch the surface being covered. It is really tacky and difficult to move after it gets stuck.
*When this material is applied @ 80+ degrees, then it cools, it will shrink a small amount. The inner corners will pull away from the surface, leaving voids in the corners.
*When the sticky back is applied to the top of the membrane, there is no removing, or re-aligning, the product will not move. That characteristic of super stickiness, is what makes this a good waterproofing material.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Randy I am happy with it
I put it up on the side of the house with no problems. You will definitely need two people to do it, I would never be able to do it alone. Over all it went on fast and easy, I conditioned the wall then when that was drying I cut out all my pieces and it went up faster then I would of though.

Great product if used correctly. I installed this product according to specs and it worked great! I used it for dampness in my basement and it created a great barrier!

Used it to seal sill plate and band joists around slab where grade could not be easily lowered. Primered clean concrete and wood, let it dry, and this stuff stuck very well to it. Don't let it touch itself or you'll never get it off. It's done easily by 2 people, but not easy to do by one. Someone needs to hold it into position while someone peels the backing. Took one point off for value, because it's expensive and only possible to buy a huge roll, but it seems like you could use it for sealing all manner of stuff. Maybe I'll build a boat.
