Answer:
Based on the installation guide, it is not as flexible as dupont tyvek flashing tape, where you can bend and seal around the bottom corners of a window opening. According to the guide, you have to trim it at those corners.
If this is not correct, then please let us know. Otherwise, it seems it may be worth it to buy the dupont flashing tape instead.

Answer:
Vycor Plus is UV protected for up to 30 days. It should be protected from permanent exposure to sunlight. Grace has not evaluated the performance of the membrane when covered with an elastomeric roof coating.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deck joist flashing Easy to score and cut. I had no waste and it was very adhesive. Use for joist flashing on my deck. Nails and screws will not compromise the seal. June 14, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Door seal flashing Real sticky , great protector around doors Enough to cover multiple doors. March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product is excellent It is a thin, asphalt based flashing with a sticky back. Just peal off the paper and apply it. My use was to seal deck beams before laying deck boards. I just rolled it out and pressed it around the beams. Since another reviewer said the sticky doesn't hold forever and needs some mechanical restraint, I stapled the edges with stainless steel staples. I had an occasion to remove a deck screw and could see the asphalt really gripped the screw and made a water tight seal. Fun to work with! September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does the Job Very good adhesion, durable and good to work with. January 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best for sealing best product to use for exterior door installation December 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very frustrating to apply This was very frustrating to apply as the paper would not come off in a single strip which means we had to pick it off the roll which we could not do with our gloves on even though the warning label said that direct exposure to skin could cause tumors. Will not be buying this again November 30, 2015
