CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Maybe a low budget choice The price is good. The quality is OK. You get what you paid for. The first unit stopped working several times and required power off / on. The second unit doesn't have this problem. The voice quality is good most of the time, but breaks occasionally. *87 blind transfer doesn't work. Contacted the manufacturer, and they just repeated what's in the manual, which I told them doesn't work. The output voltage of the power adapter is barely over 12 v when power off, and drops below 12v when power on. I guess the manufacturer would recommend 220v to keep above 12 v. If I'm not mistaken, the network cable is Copper Clad Aluminum, which is a recipe for failure. I ended up with a Obi202 purchased elsewhere, more features, reliable, with good voice quality, pure copper cable, almost double the price of HT702 though. Hope it's available from HomeDepot.
