Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYguy Good mower, great value
When I opened the package the parts had some dirt on them, as though someone used it and returned it, so quality control needs to tighten up. But everything was in order and I didn't want to bother with the hassle of returning it. It took me about 30 minutes to set it up because the directions left a lot to be desired but afterwards it was very easy to use. It takes some effort to push but I like that I get a little exercise and know that I'm doing my part for the environment. The grass catcher stays in place and catches most of the trimmings. I do have to make a few passes over tall grasses but I expected as much with a reel mower. It even cuts through high patches of thick monkey grass. It's perfect for a small yard and it doesn't take up much room in my storage closet. I'm very pleased with this mower. It's a solid product and a good value.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rosa This product has all the features for my needs.
I bought this product for the following reason. The size of my lawn, storage, the water situation as it stands in my state, and of course the ease of mobility, and cost. I'm very happy with my choice.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Grandma Good Mower for Price and Small Lawn
Initially this lawn mower was very hard for me to push and made a loud metallic sound as if the blades were hitting something. My son-in-law adjusted the tension for me per the instructions (I could not have done it by myself and didn't have tool to make adjustments) and it is much easier for me to handle and not as loud. It will be perfect for my small back yard and I will be able to mow as much or as little as I need to at one time. It is a little difficult to turn, so I just pick it up. I like the fact that it is so light weight and is priced well. Right now my grandchildren think it's "fun" and are eager to mow for me. Hope the newness doesn't wear off too soon.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TC333 OK but there is probably a better product out there.
I liked the idea of using a mower that was eco friendly, which is why I purchased this product. I have only used this mower once so my review is based on the one time use. I have uneven grassy area spots in my yard with some weed patches. The mower had a very difficult time cutting the weeds and would often stop when trying to mow over an area that was too tough for it. It worked well over the soft grassy parts, but it doesn't do well over the more tougher patches, had to pick it up and move it every time it stopped and refused to budge. Will have to buy a weed whacker to get at the weeds and keep this mower for softer areas of the yard. The bag also kept coming off from the mower so it didn't catch the clippings very well.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by fred worst mower on the market, not even worth it's bargain price.
For 60 years I've been cutting my lawns withvarious power and push mowers, and this is the worst machine I have ever used.
1. it doesn't cut well; It takes three passes over each row to cut the grass, no matter what height setting I use, and cuts unevenly across the blade area as well..
2. the collection basket device is so badly designed that it doesn't attach well, can't catch or hold the cuttings, and 1/3 of the clippings are tossed back onto the blades to be dumped on the ground as you mow.
pull this from the market.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ronnie would have been an excellent choice but 1 little problem, easily resolved
Easy to assemble, however, the clippings basket kept detaching from the bar holding the bottom. I had to buy 2 pieces, sorry don't know the name of the piece, but it's found in plumbing supplies, it may be a coupling ring, the size I needed cost 98 cents each. I attached 1 on each side holding the basket bottom to the bar and works fine. I cut the grass with a few slowdowns in spots, I had the blades to low after adjusting them (easily) I love it, fast, smooth, efficient, economical and probably the only exercise I get .
I visited Home Depot in approx. 2008 asked for a push mower, was laughed out of the store, because they didn't make them any more. I think the following year everybody was save the environment crazy and what to my wandering eyes should appear, but push mowers, over there ,over here, over everywhere., wish I could have run into those young whippersnappers, and said remember me.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cheebu Grasscatcher is a joke
Easy to assemble and light to mow. Handlebar was a bit flimsy at first, but tightening it well resolved that for the most part. I would like to be able to cut the grass a bit shorter than this mower allows. The negative part of this mower is the grasscatcher, which is just a joke. It can hold very little, but the volume is not really relevant as it loses just as much as it collects. Pity, because that is a feature that was crucial to me.
