Customer Questions & Answers

Approximately how many squares does one 5lb. box of nails cover?

Asked by: 123JM
Yeah, with 1" or inch and a quaryer, I always figure a square per pound of nails. 3/4" is good for exposed eaves, or open ceilings. You want, ideally, 3/4" of fastener penetration into the decking. That's why 1 and a quarter inch is pretty much standard, because they're good for almost everything. Glad to see you guys can get 3/4". I need some. :)
