What a disaster. It was missing the screen which was provided to me when I returned to the store with the receipt. It is still
missing the threshold sweep which I was told was not included as a part of the door. Can't believe that and am not finished researching it. Finally the lock does not work well. Often it does not turn at all and when it does turn and lock it is very difficult to unlock. Don't waste your money.

This is the first door I have purchased from Home Depot and it was installed to perfection, looks great, the finish has stayed like new and has functioned perfectly from day 1 and added a wow factor to my front entry without looking like a prison door as many security doors can. The door adjuster keeps it open when you need to bring in parcels, etc and shuts quietly. It made a big difference in stopping the draft I was getting under my inside door and around the edges.
The Home Depot installer pre measured; was a pro and it went in with out a hitch. Other prices I was quoted on elsewhere were in excess of $800-$1000 for wrought iron and this is much better.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ksncourt great door...fair handle
love the door...looks fantastic. wasn't too hard to put up. love having the optional screen or glass panels. the handle could be much better. after installation we needed to flip the handle over, seems simple enough.....but a piece was bent, and every time the door closed the latch got stuck inside the door. kudos to home depot for going out of their way to help find a replacement handle in the store so i could replace it...but i would still say, the only handles that fit this door are fairly cheaply made...i feel i will be replacing it again in the next couple of years.

We had to switch sides so the hinges would be on the left - absolute nightmare! We had multiple screws that were stripped at the factory, drilled out two and even had to cut one off below the head. We also ran into issues with the lock hardware - it was missing (had to go back to store to get a replacement set) and didn't fit properly into the latch side of the frame. We had to cut metal out of the opening and couldn't use the latch-side hardware at all. This may have been an issue with our existing door frame but we were able to make it work. On a related note, the door comes with gold hardware but the door can also come with brushed nickel (what I actually wanted) - if you want to pay $600 for the door instead of $300. Really?? The manufacturer won't just swap out the hardware color without calling it a custom order.

I am absolutely delighted with my new Grisham Heritage steel entry door. It adds beauty as well as security and superior protection against wind storms. This upgrade was well worth the investment. My neighbors have been highly complimentary, too.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lonnell It's a good door, but not great.
The door was good, had a problem with the handle, it broke within three days. However, called the company and they sent us a replacement within 2days and it works perfectly.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by VPIDKE Good door - absolutely terrible hardware
The door is of good or better quality and the installation was simple. I am very handy and do a lot of work/repairs around my house. Installation took about an hour, until, I got to the lockset. Not sure of the manufacturer, but the lockset is worthless at best. It is a mortised lockset that is keyed on both sides of the cylinder. There was moderate difficulty getting the cylinder in place, but that was not a deal breaker. The lockset itself was another story. The two "through screws" which pull the two face plates and handles together were two long and would not permit tightening of the screws. Subsequently, one of the screws wrung off rendering the whole thing worthless. I have reached out to Home Depot and I need to get them the serial number of the door and they will send a replacement, hopefully.
