Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful but horribly weak material. Really these are more decorative than secure. An average person could just yank on them and pull out of the brackets. I would consider them a minor deterrent. I wish my contractor wouldn't have installed them already - I would have returned and purchased a product that was stronger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice looking Was really pleased when I received these. Just like they were custom made for my windows. Have odd size windows and needed security bars and they look so good from the street. The only problem was the screws are not made to go into brick. Had to locate other screws. But install was easy after that.
