I'm a real believer in using steam to clean everything. This steamer is super easy to pull out, fill up, steam a couple areas and be done. It disinfects easily, but to get off stains, you have to use some extra effort.

This is a great product. Holds a decent amount of water and heats up quickly. If filled up all the way, the steamer does spew some hot water from its nozzle. This product works best at about 80 percent full. I was able to get some stains out of my car interior with steady use. I also have used this to clean things a normal vacuum cannot clean. It was able to lift dirt and hair out of carpeted road cases, where i could pull away excess by hand, which I would have spent a long time picking at if I had used a shopvac. To the people thinking it would work wonders quickly, it probably can't. With extended time and use on a spot or stain, it does a pretty good job. Ordered this product from Home Depot which gave the best price on the net. Was a little frustrated when the 2 Home Depot stores did not have this in stock.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by leaveon A steamer that dose not stay hot.
1. No on off switch.
2. Takes 5 minutes to warm up each time.
3. Steam last up to 30 seconds to 45 seconds. then another 3 minutes to warm up again.
4. There may be steam coming out but not hot to the touch.
5. Only holds 1/2 a cup of water.
6. Must be held level at all times or water will come out.
7. I have yet to find anything this steamer can clean, not even a coffee stain on the kitchen counter which
is title. ( no joke )

The steamer is easy to use, easy handle, and pumps a decent amount of steam out. The garment attachment works really well. Tougher jobs take a little more time.

Pretty cool little steamer. I've never owned one of these or anything similar, but it takes care of small jobs like gunk around faucets and cleans most grout mold. It does run out of steam fairly quickly, but if you're cleaning overall, you could go and tackle another small chore while you wait a few minutes for the steamer to reheat the new water.

I will be returning this item to Home Depot. The instruction manual states that the steamer will run for about 15 minutes on a full tank of water and that during EXTENDED periods of constant steam the unit will need to re-pressurize. After only ONE MINUTE of use, it would loose pressure. I would say that one minute is not an extended period! So I would get one miniute of cleaning, then have to wait two minutes for it to re-pressurize.
