Customer Reviews

1 qt. Clear Plastic Liners (6-Pack) is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Liners are a great time saver When you're paying employees to cleanup after a job is completed lines more than pay for themselves. I use Handy paint cups and bought these because they are the only Handy paint cup liners. Unfortunately, these liners didn't fit my Handy cups. If you want to use these liners be sure to buy the Handy one quart paint cups not the 16 ounce ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for trim work and small jobs These liners are easy to use and dispose. I use them mostly for trim work. The handy paint pail is very convenient for small jobs, touch-ups or trim work. I use these liners on every paint job I do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and inexpensive Resists ,many solvents and it's cheap enough to be disposable for no clean up

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Simple and inexpensive. Helps keep your paint bucket from building up a collection of paint layers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Make easy cleanup great liners, use them when using oil base primer. Just throw them away and save on using paint thinner to clean your pail. Wisk they had a wider lip on top. Your magnet on the pail works when using these liner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Virtually unusable There are 2 issues with this product: 1) The paper label that secures the bundle folds over into the inside of one of the liners. The adhesive is impossible to scrape off, and bits of the label remain stuck to the liner. A solvent-based paint is going to take that label right off and mix with the paint. 2) Even in the enclosing pail these are too flimsy. Perhaps adequate for latex paint, but for a solvent based paint they'll be attacked by the solvent and they're too easy to tear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy cleanup These are the refills for the small paint pail that I bought in-store, but don't see on the website. The liners are reasonably rugged (I mixed sheetrock 90 in the lined pail, and then used a 3" taping knife to use the compound without damaging the liner). The also fit snuggly inside the pail, whereas some liner products are loose and are thus more bother than not. Also easy enough to take out when done, and disposable. Strong, flexible but fairly thin plastic. May seem a bit wasteful, but we're on a septic system so washing and re-using paint/drywall tools is something I try to limit as much as possible. The pail that these go in is a good size (maybe 2 quarts?) and the hand strap, which honestly looks a bit flimsy on the shelf, works great when in use. Seems like the ideal companion for brush work, cutting in, etc.
