What can I say…it’s a 12` extension cord, it was what I needed, Home Depot had it, it seems to be a quality made product .

This is a standard light gauge extension cord for general use.
The end piece has sockets for up to three appliances/light sets. If you don't need the extra plugs, simple leave the attached socket cover in place. Notice I said attached . . . A lot of sets make these as removable, and they get lost the first time they are removed. This won't matter in adult households, but it you have children around, you will want to cover any unused outlets.
The quality of this set seems adequate, but if you compare it to an older extension cord, you can tell the quality is getting trimmed like too many other products. The insulation on the wires is ever so slightly thinner, and I would not be surprised to find the wire inside in just a bit smaller gauge. Does this matter? Maybe not in most uses, but I'd be careful to not overload one of these with any type of heavy appliance, or multiple appliances. In most cases like that, it's power tools that are connected, and only one will be in use at any given time anyway. Just don't expect this light cord to hold up under the demands of heavy shop tools like table saws, band saws or anything else that uses a large motor, or heavy amperage draw. Buy the right cord for the right job.
These would be fine for a few sets of Christmas lights or a lamp and a radio. But don't expect it to carry the amperage needs of a home entertainment center with surround sound and other goodies. You may want more than one to do this installation.
You will want a heavier cord for any type of major appliance like an air conditioner, refrigerator or washing machine. It was designed for light duty, and they mean it. Do Not create a cluster of daisy chained cords with these either. They are not designed for it. The longer the run, the greater the resistance, and the higher the amperage demands. It is not worth burning down your home to save the few bucks required for a heavier extension cord.
That being said .. . there is no reason you couldn't expect to get many years of service from one of these light extensions. It is just right for what it is designed for . . . Light Duty Use.
