160:20 Caulk Gun is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 170.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money I have been through more caulking guns, than any normal human should ever probably need. I finally decided to get one that will not break right in the middle of a job. I only really do work on my own house, so I don't really use this day in and day out, but I still managed to break everyone I have ever had before this. It did not matter whether they were metal or plastic. This was by far, not the most expensive and probably not the most comfortable for all day use, every single day ever, but it works perfectly for me. I was able to squeeze out two tubes of black silicone without feeling like I was trying to squeeze coconuts for milk. I am really glad I bought this. I named him Macaulky Culgun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A No Strain Caulk Gun.with 160:20 thrust ratio, A great caulk gun which is very ergonomic and easy to use. I feel no strain on my hand since it has 160:20 thrust ratio, which makes it very easy flow and application. Thrust ratio is a ratio of the force you generate on the trigger versus the force that is generated to push the material. That is what makes this a great product. People who were using the older models should be cautious , not to press too hard on the trigger. New engineering design has made it easy of use with less pressure and no strain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best caulking gun I've ever had !!!! Absolutely an awesome caulking gun!!!! Don't get a cheap one. It's well worth the extra money. It is very easy to squeeze out various types of product with little hand pressure. Seems to be well made of all metal. It's super easy to clean out when you are done and let it hang to dry. The pressure release button works great, has a tube puncturing stick built onto the side, and a tube cutter. It's so much easier than squeezing it out of a tube. Now I look for anything I can caulk before winter.

I originally bought the cheap one a few years back and have hated it every time i've used it. It was ridiculously hard to dispense anything. I was unable to use it for liquid nails and bought this instead. This makes everything significantly easier and you can focus more on what you're doing instead of using two hands to squeeze whatever you're using.

On one hand I thing its a great calking gun as the trigger pull is smooth all the way through with out having to strain when using it will thicker materials like construction adhesive or liquid nails. Its built very nicely and can stand up to some abuse. On the other hand it drives me crazy how if dont release the tension in the gun by simply pushing the metal release lever once, it will continues to press on the tube making calk ooze out while not in use. I dont like it because even though I am aware of this problem, I continually forget to release the tension while working and it makes a mess. I have other caulking guns that do not have this problem, but they also dont have the smooth and strain free trigger pull this one does. So like I said. I have mixed feelings. If you dont mind having to release the tension in the gun every time you sit it down then it will be a great gun for you. If you are the type of person that would forget little things like releasing the tension because you are so involved in your work. Then I would say find another gun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best ever... I've used many, many caulk guns. This is the best I've ever used. Buy two, they'll probably quit making them.....
