I bought this plastic sheeting to cover my crops during flowering so the night and early dew would not infect my plants with mold or mildew or bud rot. I needed it to be clear so the sunlight would be let through but the plastic is not clear, you can't see through it. I wanted to leave it up during the day as it is a hassle to move it daily. I wish I could recommend it but unfortunately its not as advertised. I have seen 6mm and thicker Clear plastic before so someone sells it. The light does come through it and the heat is not as intense so I will have to see if I will continue its use next season.

If you just need 6 mil plastic this is fine. If you need clear plastic this is NOT the product.

I bought this to use as a cover for a hoop house. Within four months the plastic became brittle and started to crack and tear. I had hoped to get one year of use from this product. Now when I need it, as we go into winter, I have to tear the plastic out. This product is not for outdoor use.

I have used 6 mil plastic for covering my greenhouses in the past and never had a problem. This product is not "clear" as described. It came with small slices in it , which are now huge tears. I bought it for waterproofing and it now leaks like a sieve.

I use this plastic under an above ground pool I seen in the past it keeps the pool from leaking where the liner failed. The pressure from the water against the hole let me keep the pool up one extra season. And when I trashed the pool it was cleanish!

I'm going to use this on a hoop house. Unlike the reviewer from Az, I'm using it to extend my growing season. Not really sure why anyone would need a hoop house during the summer months in Arizona??

I used the 6mil sheeting to cordon off a section of my garage so I could add a/c.
