Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Linda Came in Damaged.. I think that say's everything
Came in with damage on all sides. Called customer service they wanted to know if I wanted to reorder or wait the 30 days for a refund? I am waiting. Has to be a very cheaply made tool chest to have excessive damage. Would not recommend.

The product is great service at the store........needs to improved, the "lifters" don't show up, it take a lot of time to get this received in your system, the cabinets were delivered on a Friday (according to the freight company) and I did not get a notice to pick up until Tuesday, over all the product is awesome and the price well worth it

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DrWho Excellent choice for a gift!
This was a gift to my Home Teacher who has helped us many times this year since we are very senior citizens both in poor health and cannot do all the home repairs we used to be able to do. He did not have a tool box and this one is much better quality than those at the local cheap tool outlet that just came to this area. I was careful to inspect at the store before accepting delivery since these can be damaged in transit. A very helpful sales person helped me inspect package and took it out to my car and loaded it up for me and even brought me paper work so I would not have to drive the electric cart back into the store. Our friend was delighted to get this tool box and we are very happy that he is happy with it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by allthingsvu Works well for small home garage
The assembly took some time as the hole didn't line up. I had to drill new holes to attach the top part to the bottom cart. For the price I don't mind a little bit of hand drilling. The ball bearing drawer slides out easily but the tend to slide out by themselves. There are of course 5 drawers, top part opens up, and bottom cabinet opens out. Both the top and bottom has keys to lock things in there if you need to like power drills or something. There's also 4 wheels so you can roll it around. Added padding to wheel to try to tilt the chest so the drawers don't slide out. I would buy this again for the right price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cdjet Good for money, Drawers do lock
just bought product 5/28/13 for home storage of tools. steel is not very thick but for the money dont expect much. It holds all my tools and more. plenty of storage. some have said the drawers slide open. if you hold the top fully extended, push the three drawers shut then close lid- it locks them closed. open top to release drawers.others lock with key. I also attached the bottom open box to top then attached to bottom during install to help with screws. overall for the money great buy, easy install. I may upgrade the casters later.

Other than the screws in the corners that connect the top shelf to the bottom, the product was fairly easy to put together.
For my needs, it provided a nice way to organize the few tools and odds-and-ends neatly with adequate space for everything.
That being said, the product is pretty wobbly, the brakes on the casters don't work well and the drawers keep sliding out. They should have designed it so that the drawer slides have a slight incline at the back so that the drawers don't slide out at the slightest disturbance. Also, they should have made all four casters movable so that the product could be easily navigated into a tight space (since it is pretty small, a tight space is probably where most people would put it).

Decent construction. A little flimsy, but you get what you pay for and I don't need this to survive a nuclear attack. Just hold some stuff. Bought 3 of them the price was right.
Putting some of the sheet metal screws in is a little annoying, I would have preferred bolts/nuts but seems ok so far.
I attached two units together on a 2x4 base, and built one using the standard instructions. Gave away one of the top chests. Thinking of adding the 2x4 base to the regular one as well to increase height to a more reasonable level.
