It was easy to assemble. My package arrived busted and one of the shelves was bent - I was able to straighten it out.
After it was all together it looked like a gawky adolescent - the diameter of the handle is thicker than the legs - almost overkill, and yes the wheels are "sturdy" but they are just too big and clumsy for this cart.
The pieces when assembled were not in synch with each other. Just looked very awkward.

Very easy to assemble. I was very pleased with the overall quality of this item. It has heavy duty wheels that will not wear out. It is high quality and just the right size for the kitchen.

We use a similar system at work, and I was impressed with its quality. The quality of this system equals it. Storage capacity is excellent; having two baskets instead of regular shelves is a great improvement. Perfect for me. Wish I had gotten two at the price.

The 3 trier commercial cart was packaged with all the chrome pieces either wrapped in poly bags/sheets or by plastic spacers with plastic ties used to prevent the pieces from sliding around during shipping. The box was a little awkward in opening. It seemed that I opened it upside down, not a big deal. In closer examination, I did notice that one corner of a basket had two wires dented.
The instructions are simple to follow and all the pieces are marked with the HDX letters making it so you know everything is going in the right direction. I did encounter one problem in lining up the basket which was my fault. It seems that I can't count the rings on the poles so the basket was uneven. At this time I realized how easy it was to disassemble. When putting the handle on, this is also stamped with the HDX letters and there are holes on both ends of the underside, so you'll also know that faces down. The wheels are 4” in diameter, big enough to go over small obstacles. Easy to install with the enclosed wrench, the right size is the double end, closest to the handle. Two of the wheels have brakes. Hint: Use a mallet to gently tap the baskets, shelf and handle into the tapered sleeves.
When it was totally assembled, we were totally impressed with the cart and the weight that it can handle, 100 lbs. in the baskets and 200 lbs. on the shelf. If you're looking for a cart similar to this you can't go wrong with this one.

It was shipped quickly and easy to install. Large wheels makes it roll easily. Just what I wanted.

I purchased this product to use for carrying items from the garage to the apartment. Having an attached garage and living on the third floor of a building with an elevator, it only made sense to have a cart to carry groceries and the like from the garage -- unfortunately I found that carts matching my price point were too small and carts matching my size requirements were too expensive.
I wish I could rate this higher for value, but I got this on sale, so I can't really say how I'd feel about the value at the normal price. What I can say is that the quality was as expected -- this is the same construction as most modular shelving, and as such, has the advantage of being very configurable but the disadvantage of coming with a few dings here and there. Still, it couldn't be beat for the price, especially given that the shelves could be arranged any way you like. The only thing I feel this is truly lacking is rubberized wheels -- it's really loud on concrete.
