It says it dissolves soap scum and lime scale buildup on contact. I am not sure if that is an accurate marketing statement. It cleans well if you seriously scrub to remove soap scum and hard water stains. It contains glycolic acid which is different from the other products I have already tried. It worked well on the tiles and tub that does not get used as much but gave disappointing results for standing shower which gets used a lot. No product makes cleaning bathrooms a breeze since I clean regularly. Our hard water makes all tasks difficult so I am not sure what could work.
The best part of the product is “Made in USA”.

A great product with a reasonable price. Way to go Home Depot!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Smells strong, does not work on bathtub scum. There are more than one formulations
I expected this product to work as well as other good bath cleaners and have the soap scum wipe off a few minutes after spraying. Despite the label claiming it dissolves soap scum, it does not come off without scrubbing even after I waited 5 minutes per instructions. It was probably half the price of brand name stuff, but it doesn't work anywhere near as well, so I wouldn't recommend this product.
This product appears to be a private labeled generic product. There are more than one formulas for this product, because my bottle says "contains sulfamic acid" while the MSDS and another preson's review said glycolic acid.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JerryY Works great on bathtub rings
I used this product to clean my upstairs bathroom that doesn't get much use except when family or friends come to visit.
The bathtub always had a ring on it that I thought was just discoloration (my house is over 20 years old). Following the directions on the bottle I sprayed liberally in the shower and let it soak. I was amazed how quickly and easily that discoloration (it was actually a bathtub ring) came right off.
The tub looks like new and this product seems to clean everything else in the bathroom fairly well.
I'm going to buy more bottles and put them in all the bathrooms and make this my go-to bathroom cleaner.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by swixie Horrific product, permanent damage to the tile
Don't buy/use this product even if you get paid to do so. Doesn't dissolve soap scam as fast/easy as promised. But when I left it on the shower walls for a little longer, while scrubbing the near tiles after spaying larger area (no more then 10 min), my white tile was left with rundown marks that are impossible to get rid of. It is sort of white-on-white, but still - if I can see it without my glasses, it is bad.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Steve Excellent product for its intended purpose
I decided to give this product the ultimate test. The fiberglass shower surround in a rental property I own was badly caked with iron rust deposits from using unfiltered well water and the tenant's lack of regular cleaning. Although it tried, HDX Shower, Tub and Tile Cleaner was not powerful enough to clean this mess. I used another brand of semi-gel toilet bowl cleaner and with a lot of scrubbing I finally got it clean. I've been using the HDX Shower, Tub and Tile Cleaner at my home and for maintaining a clean shower stall it works great and prevents any iron rust buildup.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jruiz This is the worst tub, shower, tile cleaner
I decided to try this product from home depot, but it is the worst mistake I have made, my tub is full of spots and steins as if not it cleanse in years, I do not recommend it, is the worst product that exists in the market. I do not understand how they can give good reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mark Not nearly as good as my old bathroom cleaner
My old bathroom cleaner works much better. My old cleaner is a bit on the more expensive side but, hey, it usually works the first time. It took me three times to get the same results as my usual brand, and I am still not sure that it did not need to be done one more time to get it right.
