Fill it with sealer, put it on the grout, wipe the edges and done! Buy more than one as they last long enough to do a 100 square foot area. After that the bristles wear out.

I'm not a pro. Sealing and restoring floor tile grout to it's original color is a real pain, but this makes it easier. I used Polyblend GroutRenew (white) to seal & restore our kitchen and bathroom floors. Just screw the applicator head from one of these bottles onto the Grout Renew bottle and apply according to directions. Save the original GroutRenew bottle cap on the applicator brush bottle then swap them when you're done to keep any remaining sealant. I had to use two coats of the GroutRenew on our floors and wore out four applicators in the process. Not cheap, but a lot neater than toothbrushes.

Using this brush applicator with an impregnator penetrating sealer allows fifty square feet of coverage per ounce with 1/4" grout. Easy to control with almost no excess/waste and fast. Very pleased.

Was skeptical about this product at first. I used this bottle to seal the grout line on a kitchen floor. I thought when you used the bottle the sealer would pour out too fast but to my surprise it all depended on how much pressure you put on the bottle. After you use it for a bit you get used to it.

Helps your sealer go further. I have used a spray bottle, rag and this bottle applicator and this was the best for the kitchen counters. If you buy the higher end sealer, you will need less of it since you don't waste a lot of the product.
