It has torn as a result of the wind blowing against the building . It would be nice if it had some built in handle grips with which to hold onto while applying .

After 3 months the tarp is brittle and rips with just a light touch. It cannot handle UV light

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Warehouse New supplier not so good
I have purchased 385 of these tarps (item# 798444) between June 2011 and September 2014. They were very good quality and stood up to the heavy use we put them to so we kept buying them and recommended them to our other facilities.
However, the last 30-40 tarps we purchased were obviously from a different manufacturer. They had huge seams down the middle which were glued together and the tarp fabric was a significantly lower quality. They started falling apart after about 2.5 weeks of Seattle weather.
We have decided we will no longer be purchasing this item and will be finding a new supplier. At this price and quantity, this should be a significant statement.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fistandauntilus Cheap material, bad specs
Some of the spec sheet is worthless. The product is not 14.57 inches high. That is while it is folded up, which, who cares. We want to know the thickness of the tarp which is not much. Mine, the grommets pulled out easily and the part I couldn't get fastened tight enough tore apart flopping in the wind in a couple of weeks.

I bought this to cover our boat.
It is very thin and the eyes are easy to pull out when trying to tie down a tarp of this size.
It seems to be cheap and thin material. I doubt that it will last the winter, let alone be useable next year.
Next time I am going to buy 2 smaller and more robust tarps to cover the boat, or shrink wrap it.
Save your money and buy something of better quality.

We bought this to weather in a roof while we took it down to the rafters. Thank goodness as it has done nothing but rain and the tarp held up even in the heaviest of wind storms.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TomC This 40' by 60' tarp is large but also light weight, so it is easy to cover and un cover material.
We use the 40' by 60' tarps to cover stock piles when it rains. It does a good job for us.
