Is a replacement locking handle available?

The plastic on my handle broke away from the bolt. It's a 5/16" coarse thread and I could rig something but would prefer to find an exact replacement.

43 in. Steel Roller Stand with Edge Guide is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 49.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Roller head is good but the stand is defective My issue with this product is the feet. I did not use the stand until the 90 day return window had passed. One of the feet was welded on incorrectly and is off by over 1/2 inch. I have to use shims to make it usable. I think the stand would be just fine if not for the defect. Just check it at the store before you purchase it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ehh so so I purchased 2 of these. I read that they wobbled but I figured either they would be fine or I'd put shims under a leg to keep them steady. They ended up shifting a few times while using the table saw and messed up my cuts. If they fixed this issue then they would be great. The construction is solid enough. Even a leveling screw on one of the legs would be an improvement

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite good AFTER small mod Read reviews but still took a chance on it. In the store it seems sturdy enough. At home I realize that the red handle does not fasten to the hex bolt head true so it just spins and spins but does not tighten the bolt locking in the height adjustment. Reason is the shaft interior of the red handle is not a perfect hex shape: partly round in the lower section where the 1.25" bolt head will line up when you need to tighten it. Really poor QA by manufacturer for such an integral part. SOLUTION: purchase a 3" hex headed replacement bolt. Will allow for pulling the red handle out so you can realign the hex head to the section of the red handle interior where it is hex shaped. Thereby giving you the ability to apply enough torque so the height adjustable roller will stay with confidence. If handles fails one day I will just toss the red handle and take a wrench to the hex head as I dont believe it will last forever. My solution cost 1 dollar.

I have been looking for a roller stand with edge guides to aid in the feeding through of material, this one fits the bill perfectly. The adjustment lever is easier to operate and feels more secure than with other roller stands I have owned in the past. I realize this is not a huge investment but this is the kind of tool that helps save time when working on certain projects, which, in turn, saves money. I wont call it a life saver, but it is quite handy.

Since I have only had them a couple of weeks , I am not ready to give them a rave review. But so far they have done well and are doing what they were designed to do. Just make sure before you purchase one to check it for level. If they hold up over time they will be well worth the purchase price. They fold up and store easily, which is a plus in a limited space area

After some "adjustments" this product works ok. 1) Initially annoyed at this product as the pins holding the roller in place are just barely long enough to fit in the bracket. Makes the roller likely to fall out in the middle of using it! Finally grabbed the pliers and bent the brackets inward a little bit; just enough to prevent the roller from falling out. Works better now. 2) The other design flaw is the edge guide, which is really just a pair of metal tabs that flip up and stay in place mostly due to the pressure of the pins holding the roller in place (see problem #1 above). These tabs tend to lose their grip and fall back down. Do not count on them for an edge guide. Going to break out the pliers again and see if I can bend the tab that holds the guide in place to make it a tighter fight. Seems to me that it would not have been terribly difficult to design this properly in the first place: longer pins on the roller, proper hinges for the edge guides with a real clamp to lock them in place. The price is reasonable at ~$25, but would gladly pay a few dollars more for a better design.
