Answer: 
In terms of the terminals, you'd install the middle neutral wire in the middle terminal, and the left and right hot leads...on the left and right terminals on the stove, or whatever device that you are installing this on.
Just make sure it is being plugged into the correct outlet as well and you are working safe.
