Rated 1 out of 5 by from It can't cut straight. All I needed was to make two or three cuts in a 2" PCV pipe, and my hacksa... It can't cut straight. All I needed was to make two or three cuts in a 2" PCV pipe, and my hacksaw was hiding from me. But when I tried to cut, the blade turned resolutely to the left, no matter how hard I turned the saw in the other direction. The first cut came out with a 20 degree angle to it! For the second cut, I tried to angle the saw in the opposite direction, to no avail. All left turns in this town! I finally had to cut just barely through the wall of the pipe all the way around, and even that left a messy cut. I don't know what's wrong with the blade, but this problem overrides all other concerns. If it would cut straight, I'd give it a high rating. The blade is easy to get in and out. The blade holder keeps it straight at the ends -- you don't have to fiddle with the wing nut like on some hacksaws. The handle is comfortable. If only it would stick to the straight and narrow ...
