I've had cheap plungers that turn inside out when used, but this works as good as a more expensive one. I don't think that it would make a good Christmas gift, but it's good to have around the house. What can I say about a plunger? You know what a plunger looks like and I'm not going to take a picture of one in use, so I'll attach a picture of a flower if it will load.

If you like fast food, you need this plunger. Your toilet will be scared of this plunger and it will never clog again just out of the fear that this poo tool ensues on it. Look at it as a knight's sword. A knight wouldn't go anywhere without his sword, right? You shouldn't go anywhere without this majestic dump tool. It will slay the clogged poo and poo paper like a medieval knight would slay a dragon.

With regard to function as a plunger, this one is about average. Nothing special at all.
However, there are two reasons this qualifies as a horrible plunger which you should avoid at all costs:
1. The tremendously ugly yellow/orange handle. I don't know what they were thinking. Do they expect so many people to throw it out that they want to make sure cars don't hit them at night? The last color you want in your bathroom is a horrible yellow/orange. There is no reason they could not have gone with a neutral color. In addition, you have to search through the handles to make sure you're not getting one with splinters or damaged wood, since it's such poor quality.
2. The rubber they use for the plunger portion is the type that exudes a horrible chemical smell that is pungent even outside the bathroom. What's worse is that the smell doesn't fade. Months later, it will be just as bad and just as strong.
Stay away! Instead, buy the Korky BEEHIVE Max Toilet Plunger. It does a much better job sealing so there's less splashback, it has a T-style handle that is SO much more comfortable to use, and it's a nice white plastic that looks great. And the Korky plunger does NOT use the type of rubber that stinks, unlike this one.

It doesn't work well on new toilet that doesn't has round shape. This one make a lot of splash since I have to push hard. Didn't work for me - I may have a tough clog.
