Lock Nut Wrench is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Value I purchased this tool for just under $11.00 to do a commercial sink drain repair that would have cost around $200 through a plumber. Between this wrench, plumbers putty, and the replacement seals, the cost was under $20, and it took 20 minutes to do the repair. The grip of this tool is just okay. Not as good at tightening than un-tightening but managed to get the job done and couldn't beat the value. Overall, a decent value for the cost.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I wanted but was willing to try I actually purchased this because what I wanted was not available. I returned today because not as easy to use as described or expected. It continued to "slip" and was very time consuming to readjust, only to "slip" again. Perhaps an addition or attachment to lock grip in place could rectify. It may be a great asset for another's toolbox, but this wrench is not for me. Evie

I ended up hack sawing the drain and nut out by using a hack saw blade and cutting from the inside out till I sawed the drain and the nut in two while carefully not damaging the sink.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Exchanged I should have read the reviews before buying. Just slipped, had to cut off the drain nut, but not before trying to use the HDX Universal Drain Wrench that just slipped also. On first trip to local Home Depot, I tried to get some help with no luck. The associate was busy explaining how to fix his toilet and he never bothered to call someone else to help myself or other customers waiting for help. Never go to Home Depot here on the weekends very shorthanded.
