Asked by: Fran
Depends, but most brad nailers only need 90 psi.

Mine did not. No problem. Just make sure it is lubricated once in a while.

How much oil do I need to put in to the nail gun when I'm working with it. And what oil can I use from home Depot.

Asked by: superbatman
Depends on your compressor. Most compressors supply enough oil if you use the tool regularly, however, a single drop of machine oil (compressor oil) in the air receiving nipple once in a while can't hurt. This also depends on the air quality of the working environment. If the working environment is really dusty and dirty, more oil will be required to keep you tool working like normal. Plus, if the working environment is really dusty and dirty, you will need to clean the tool more often. This does not mean total disassemby. Just make sure the brad loading area is clean, and wipe the tool down really good after use. Soft brushes (like a soft tooth brush) can help you get grime away form the moving surfaces. Make sure after oiling it is well dry after the oiling, unless storing the tool. After storage, dry/wipe again, and use light oil (very little).

I bought it for a current outdoor project, and it is working flawlessly. No jams, easy to load, and has safety features built in. I love it! I recommend this tool to those folks doing home projects. My project is taking a little more time than planned, but that is because of the availability of all the supplies I need (nothing to do with the tool), and, more importantly, the outdoor temperatures, of late, in my area (quite cold). One of my brothers saw me using this tool and said he should have bought one a long time ago. Again, I really like this tool! I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They nailed it (Great Brad Nailer) Pneumatic 2in. x 18-gauge Brad Nailer Love this product. I re-did the moldings in my house and this product is a must. I’ve used finish screws before as well as finished nails and both suck compared to using a brad nailer. The brads hold so much better. Also, this brad nailer is lightweight and easy to use on ceiling crown molding. It doesn’t wear out your arms. I was also happy with the depth it drove the brads. It didn’t overshoot. I’ve included some pictures. The nailer comes with lubrication, however, the manual says the nailer is designed to be low maintenance. So far I see that as true. If you are doing moldings then this is a product you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for price Great Brad Nailer for price. Worked prefect for project I bought it for. Much easier than using a hammer and nails for trim work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3/8 to 2" Brad Nailer is a Solid Performer This is a sweet little brad nailer. Very well made and a good looking nailer. It will handle 3/8 to 2 inch, 18 gauge brads, so there's more flexibility. Simple to load. It's handy for doing trim, cabinets and such. It's light and easy to handle, but rock solid. I fired ten brads quickly into a board without any jams or misfeeds. The exhaust is adjustable, just rotate the head in the direction that you need. This will replace the one that I had been using. It's a great time saver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy for around the house I bought this Brad Nailer to do minor repairs around the house such as, reattaching floor molding that popped off and kitchen cabinet trim. Before I bought this product I was annoyed every time I looked at the missing molding and trim. If I had only knew how easy it is to fix with a brad nailer, I would have saved myself a lot of grief. This product really came in handy and was quite inexpensive.
