These lights are awesome. I have purchased eight of them so far and have given them as gifts. Everyone has loved them. They are so versatile and bright.

Works as described. Pretty decent quality and useful for my purposes. A bit big, but not a real issue for my use.

I purchased this to use as a reading light at night. ( I had initially purchased a strap mounted light for a helmet; but placed it on my forehead and found the flexible strap too tight.) I purchased this in exchange, it works very well with 3 levels of brightness, it also is flexible allowing you to conveniently direct the light to the desired target, and it rests lightly on your shoulder. I cannot speak of its durability; I have only been using it for about 3 weeks. Talk to me in a year. ;-)

Home Depot may be the best or only place you can get this light as of this writing.
It is currently only available in the colors shown on the Home Depot website (yellow-black).
I like everything about the versatility, and sturdiness of this light, it met all my expectations.
The arms have just the right amount of flexibility vs. rigidity, so you can hold it by the base
and the arms will stay extended however you want to adjust them. The magnet does support
its weight from above, its side, or can sit on its 2" x 3" base.
It will not hold tight to a moving vehicle or something like a forklift for example in the horizontal position if there is a lot of vibration or sudden shifts in motion. However, in such cases supplementary means of attachment are possible. One could use a bungee cord to secure it or something more permanent like cable clamps around the arms which are 5/8" in diameter to mount it. All sorts of utility hardware or holders that accept that diameter might be considered, offering a range of convenient access.
There are other wearable lightweight huglights more widely available that run on 2 AAA batteries, but they don't have near the the same power of illumination, strong 12" long arms, and magnetic base. If you have important tasks the added brightness and safety from 3 AA batteries would easily make them worth the extra weight. While the lighter huglights are good for a range of more limited uses, if I only got one light it would be the pro model. The pro version makes the lighter huglight style seem flimsy and breakable, definitely not suitable for outside or industrial use. While the Pro Led Flashlight does feature an O-ring to help keep moisture out of the battery compartment, I have not tested its worthiness in a wet or marine environment.
I would be comfortable wearing this pro version for hours hiking rough terrain at night for example, and find them a great alternative in many ways to a light worn on the head. A combination of both might be ideal for individual or group hikes. The dual arms really spread out the illumination on the ground while walking forward, and the light pattern for each light is one of a spotlight focus in the center surrounded by an omni pattern that seems nicely proportional to the brightness and width of the more intense spotlight. The proportion of spotlight to omni pattern remains consistent through each intensity level. Shifts in battery current flow and the alignment of the superbirght LED within the reflector opening and the relector's shape is what creates the projected pattern. It is not a design where different numbers or configurations of lit LEDs accompany each button push.
For anyone with a project or trade involving mechanical work or requiring mobile installation or repair the Pro LED flashlight has the ruggedness to put a lot of light reliably where you want it. The independent push button switch on each light seems especially durable. The first button press provides full intensity, and the next two presses step down the intensity, and the 4th press turns it off.
Each button press makes a bright and enjoyable click sound, loud enough to hear from 20 feet or more in a quiet area. I personally like to hear the clicks. On a hike clicks could serve as a signal, like to indicate to someone ahead where you are or that you would like to stop for a minute. It's cricket-like.
In my opinion, this item is priced appropriately at $19.99 so long as the quality remains this high. I ordered 3 of them and received free shipping (any order over $45 qualifies). Hopefully, demand will increase and future manufacturers will find it profitable to keep making these as they are now without any decrease in the quality of workmanship or materials.
The only improvement I can see is more choice of colors, adding dark green, blue, or all black to safety yellow and black. That said, the yellow and black model might be easier to spot if you drop it or need to locate it in limited light. Consider getting at least one while you can. Keep one in your vehicle or storage locations that lack electicity. Obviously, there are those more adventurous uses as well and you might see more of these popping up on the trail and at campsites.
